Ms. Crystal and Mr. Barry,
Thank you so much for taking such great care of our group of 14+ rooms over the past three nights. Managing a large group isn't always easy, but you made the experience seamless and enjoyable from start to finish.
The hotel may not be a five-star property—and that's expected with a Holiday Inn—but the people here certainly are. Your kindness, generosity, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile with every request made all the difference. Exceptional customer service like yours is what people remember long after their stay.
We truly appreciate everything you did for us. Thank you for making our group feel so welcome!
We had an amazing time here! Very clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly and made our stay feel like home! Breakfast was soo good!

I stay in hotels all over the South, so I understand the humidity and what it takes to maintain a building down here. This property is simply not being taken care of properly, and management's "solutions" are downright deceptive. Right when I checked in, I noticed mold all around the bathroom. I immediately brought it up to the front desk. The way they "took care of it" was an absolute joke. Instead of actually treating the problem, they just tried to hide it. They slapped on a layer of terrible, low-quality construction paint right over the mold and recaulked around the bathtub using non-water-resistant caulk. Predictably, within just a few days of them painting, the mold bled right back through. They did absolutely nothing to kill the spores—they just tried to cover it up and hope I wouldn't notice. Once I realized what they were doing, I started looking closer. After walking around the building, I discovered mold all over the walls and ceilings on every single floor. Worse yet, it literally felt like it was raining inside the building due to massive condensation buildup dripping out of all the vents. This place is a breeding ground for mold, and management clearly prefers cheap cover-ups over proper building maintenance. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay at this hotel, or any other IHG property in the area. Take your money somewhere else.

This place was not as clean as it should have been. I found hair in the “ clean “ towel. Prior hair on the floor in a corner that was not swept. I was not impressed and would not return. It was a great location for being out of the hustle and bustle of Panama City , easy parking , great AC, but overall would not return. Someone cut in front of us at check in and the check in lady didn’t seem to care. New staff only set keys for one when we had 2 nights and we had to get that taken care of.
Nice hotel. All front desk employees are very accommodating. The room is pretty clean. The mattress is comfy and 2 pillows choices: soft and firm, very good. The odd thing is the wardrobe, it has a hanging bar installed right in the middle. So even a t-shirt touching the floor let along my long dresses, which I had to hang on the doors. I think its an easy fix. The room has also a safe, microwave, coffee maker and the fridge which unfortunately didnt have a freezer compartment. It doesnt even have the knob for the temperature adjustment. The bottles of water were barely cool in the morning. Definitely need to upgrade those weak fridges, otherwise its very rough for Florida.
Breakfast area is pretty small (like 10 tables). Food: bananas (very old though), oranges and NO apples. Had to ask for bread refill already at 7am (breakfast is 6-9.30am). Bagels, muffins, cinnabons, cereal, scrambled eggs, omelete, bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, tiny pancakes. Those are all hot if you come early. But 2nd morning after 7am, most of them were cold. Thankfully they all got refilled soon with a hot batch. Lots of yogurt was expired that same day. This breakfast area need a microwave. And also please switch from foam plates (they can leak harmful chemicals when in contact with hot items) to paper plates. Its like $2 differenсе in price.
Overall its pretty good hotel.
