- TTTheShortonAug 3, 20265.0My husband and I stayed at Best Western Plus in Panama City FL in July 2026. The room was clean and spacious. Great TV. The staff was very polite. Kelly had a great breakfast, working hard keeping the food plentiful. I would definitely stay again.

- CKCourtney KilgoreJul 13, 20261.0This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room at Best Western Plus in Panama City was absolutely filthy from the moment we walked in. The floors were dirty and sticky, the sheets and blankets had stains on them, and it was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Nothing appeared to have been wiped down or sanitized. There was dust, dirt, and grime throughout the room, and we even found mold, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. On top of the cleanliness issues, the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable, making the stay even worse. The conditions were so bad that we refused to stay in the room and had to spend additional money to find another hotel for the night. To make matters worse, we were not refunded immediately and were told to wait until Monday to speak with the general manager, who was unavailable. No guest should have to deal with these conditions after paying for a hotel room. This property needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
