The room are not like shown in the picture the view is good but nasty out dated not clean no room service at all the leave you a broom but no mop and you can't walk on the floor it's crusted you might catch something and it's not a fish walls are nasty the refrigerator has no shelfs .The coffee pot was broke the top of it we found behind nasty dusty refrigerator under 2 inches of dust I'm not exaggerating. The staff is very rude they lock the door in your face after telling you to be there at a certain time. The elevator will not open and the open button has tape on it. Both pools are are dirty around the walking area the couch and not inviting.I would not recommend this place to nobody unless they do a lot of updates . And I will never be back unless they update and post new pictures and not the ones from 20 years ago.And you have to pay for your ice and they charge you a another $50 deposit after it says paid in full. This is just not right could of use that cash on my vacation.

The shower had to run for 5 minutes to even have Luke warm water, the reef at Seahaven office was closed so to get fresh towels we had to walk down to the other office which is a good 5 minute walk one way. And also no hair dryer in the room there were weird stains on the sofa, 1 garbage can for the entire room. Lights were covered in rust. The sink did not drain. The sink wouldn’t drain. First and last time that we would stay in this establishment. Pay almost a thousand dollars for a motel 6 experience.

Ok after reading all the bad reviews,I was kind of worried. The beds were comfy, the air was cold and did not leak. The shower was hot with plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner. The towels were soft and new. The view was amazing. No bugs. Maybe those reviews are 1 time bad experiences, but this will be the place I rent every time I come to panama!!

Room right on the beach literally 5 steps away from sand. Room had lots of fruit flies and regular flies, 1 spider, and extremely thin walls. Walking distance to dog beach (across the street from pier park shopping). Room has a whole kitchen with pots pans plates silverware and all with a full fridge and microwave. Microwave locks after closed door and you must unlock before you open the door or it will break. Room had dead fruit flies in bathtub so I went to Walmart to buy bleach to clean the room before we used anything. Walmart is within walking distance but is also a 7 min drive. There are many cracks in the walls and floors so that may be where they were coming from. Just buy some spray Zevo and put towels over the holes. Bring your own beach towels. Pool has a 8 feet deep end YES! Hotel is next door to a bar for fun night life and other side next door to Sharky’s which is a popular place to eat on the beach. Hotel gives free voucher for kids to eat free. There’s a convenient store across the street that sells daiquiris. They are really big and very strong and very tasty. Next door to that is a golf cart rental(talk to the guy) the lady at the counter said she was the manager and then tried to up charge me $150 more than what the guy told me. The guy was cool the female manager sucks. Overall ok hotel for the price I paid $500 for Wednesday-Saturday for myself and my daughter. Staff were ok they were not bad people but just nothing stood out for me to speak about
