  Fast checkin, Lots of parking space, clean, accommodating and very nice staffs, complimentary breakfast / coffee / iced tea / cold water, beach access, lazy river and pools (adults and kids)... Very good, accessible location as well. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

  Paid over $3000 for a basic room. 2 beds. Small fridge. Gor here. Got charged over 400 more dollars. Not sure why. $20 a day for parking? The rooms 500 a night for a room with no hallways. It goes straight outside. Ill plan better next trip. This is a 199 a night room. You can get condos cheaper. Im not writing yall. I owed 271 upon arrival. Then it went up to almost 500. After the $2,889 i already paid. Yall charged for parking and the tiny garage is full. Nowhere to park. So we paying $20 a day to park. With no parking spaces. $3,400 to stay here is disrespectful. I hope people read this before booking.

  I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The room configurations are perfect for families. It’s right on the beach and they rent beach chairs with umbrellas. The staff are so friendly and amazing! The FREE breakfast is really good. You can’t always say that for free breakfast, but you can here. I want one of those pancake machines for my house :) The hotel is clean, parking is good, elevators work well. Really no negatives about this hotel at all!

  We drove most of the day to arrive here. First time here and it was a nice experience for our stay. At check in, we were placed in a fantastic top floor room. Front staff friendly and helpful. Kitchen and cleaning staff was on top of it. We did arrive during a busy weekend, so a mobile luggage rack wasn’t available and someone’s luggage was sitting on one for a while and not being used 🙄, so that took up one. But…. Those little details that aren’t usually part of other hotels were so nice: mirror didn’t steam up in the bathroom, all rooms facing the beach and had a balcony we could sit/stand to see fireworks and the ocean, safe and fridge in the room, giant middle counter with a mirror, water/sweet tea/coffee/tea/hot cocoa provided all day, forgotten products you helped supply us with, those little mints at the front desk, 3 pools, the lazy river, food to purchase on the 4th, water spraying on the ramp down to the beach, 2 shower heads to wash off when returning, chairs for rent, live music at the pool, just everything we needed. Same breakfast daily but it was a huge variety and very good. You guys see thousands of people a month. We had a Great time! Thanks for treating us well during this busy holiday weekend!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. After driving 14 hours with my family on my son's birthday, we arrived expecting to check into our confirmed reservation, only to be told that our room had been canceled and given away. We were never notified beforehand that there was an issue with the reservation, leaving us stranded with nowhere to stay. What made the situation even worse was the lack of compassion and customer service from the staff. Rather than trying to find a solution or showing any empathy for a family with children who had just completed a long drive, we were met with indifference. I even tried to propose a temporary solution while waiting for my sister-in-law to arrive, but instead of attempting to help, I was told that some of my family members would not even be allowed on the property. I understand that hotels have policies, including occupancy limits, but policies should not prevent staff from treating guests with kindness and respect. The issue wasn't just that my reservation wasn't honored—it was how little effort was made to assist us after the hotel left us without accommodations. This experience caused unnecessary stress, ruined part of my son's birthday, and left my family scrambling to find somewhere to sleep in an area where hotels were already sold out. I expected much better customer service and compassion from this hotel and cannot recommend staying here based on how this situation was handled.
