  I stayed for 8 days and unfortunately did not receive room service during my entire stay. After the third day, I requested that my bed linens be changed, but it never happened. The customer service representative at the front desk even contacted housekeeping on my behalf, but the linens still were not changed. I was out of the room each day from 7:00 a.m. until around 8:00 p.m., so by the time I returned, the housekeeping staff had already left for the day. Other than that, the breakfast was good, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. One suggestion would be to add more washers and dryers, as the hotel only has one washer and one dryer available for guests.

  We booked last minute at IHG Garnier Panama City Beach Flordia and our whole visit was really nice! The manager and front desk ladies were very nice and the housekeepers! The breakfast included was awesome! Also the hotel is pet friendly and we were with other pet parents on same wing! The rooms were very nice and clean and beds soft and comfotable! We stayed alot of time in pool was so hot outside! There were fresh clean towels everyday at pool! The location is very close to alot of attractions! Not so close to beach but only few minutes drive. I would def recommend to other travelers! They even had doggy treats for dogs! They do have a washer and dryer but we ended up going laundrymat, had lot clothes to do! They did have a little snack shop and laundry soap if you did want do a load of clothes! I would def rebook there and just call direct instead of going through expedia! Very Very family friendly! Oh they do have a workout room but we didnt use it! Was clean and nice to! Other people at pool said they had stayed there before and that why they came back! It is on Front Beach Road but you can not hear road noise or people above you. Very sound proof! I give it a 5 Star over all!!!

  Rooms are clean and well stocked by housekeeping! Breakfast is great. Front desk workers especially Nicoy (weekday evenings) have been So helpful from check in to when I needed Anything at all, great customer service.

  Booked on Expedia june 24th 2026 for 4th of july ..pay at the property ..they attemp to charge my card early tht morning but the card was locked cause its PAY AT THE PROPERTY I never received a call or msg but I arrive at just after 5 an hour after check in starts to find after traveling 4 hours on a holiday weekend tht they canceled my reservation and gave my room to someone else EVERYTHING IN AND OUT OF PANAMA CITY IS BOOKED so im having to travel back 4 hours holiday ruined staff very nonchalant and oh well type attitude im beyond pissed I do not recommend this hotel esp if you like pay at the property plus they add an additional 100 to 200 deposit on arrival not originally quoted at time of booking DO NOT RECOMEND DO NOT STAY HERE
