  This was the most disappointing stay that I have ever had at an IHG. When I was ready for bed, the room was not dark. The light illuminating the room through the balcony door was unbelievable. I called the front desk to inquire whether or not another room was available. The nice lady indicated that they were sold out. She suggested that I drape a blanket over the glass. I got dressed and when I went to the front desk, she had a blanket ready and waiting for me to use. The worse thing about my stay... The next morning while in the bathroom a cockroach 🪳 came crawling across the counter. I alerted the front desk. I offered them a video that I took. They apologized and promised to let management know and promised to add reward points to my account. The reward points were never added.

  My family and I stayed here for an entire week and everything was perfect from being greeted upon arrival, checking in and room was fresh and welcoming very clean and neat I can tell they spend quality time on putting everything together. We loved everything and will definitely be back soon!!!

  Do not be deceived! The pictures of this hotel look wonderful, which is why my family and I decided to stay here, but this place was nothing more than a glorified roach motel. The common areas are un-airconditioned and reek of marijuana and cigarette smoke. There was only one working ice machine, and the washing machines smelled like mold. The room was worse. No utensils, pubic hair littered the bathroom floor, and all around the baseboards was grimy. Just walking on the floor turned the bottom of our feet black.

  The location is fine. Pool is small. Lobby was HOT and humid. The internet didn't work for 2 of the days I was there, and neither did the TV in my room. Maid service did not come as often as expected or do much when they did come. Overall, this is not a hotel I would recommend. Maybe just because I am more used to places like Holiday Inn Express.
