The room was great several different work spaces available whether it be on the desk or the TV tray for the table I was able to finish out my paperwork from the day when I got home in comfort. I can't stress enough how friendly the staff was, from the front desk staff greeting you each time you walked by with a smile and a hello, to passing a housekeeper in the hallway same smile and greeting. Although I did not get the opportunity to enjoy the pool amenities and the grilling area, the entire pool grilling and fire pit area outside was really nice and well-kept. Location was a little difficult to enter an exit from different directions until I found out that the rear exit was into the shopping store parking lot behind the hotel 🤭 What you get for the price point is a bargain these days and the staff just was icing on the cake

This hotel was great. The staff was incredible. The pool area was like a mini resort style amenity. Definitely recommend this hotel. While yes maybe the dishes, microwave, refrigerated and other things were not the top of line believe me when I say the service we experienced in our stay more than made up for it. It was very clean with comfortable beds. The suits were great sizes and I had 5 children in one room. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking for not only ourselves again but for family that visits as well. Also I'd like to add they would have more stars if it was an option!

If you love almost falling asleep to find ants in your bed then this is the place for you. Are lukewarm showers your thing? Book now! If ants aren’t your thing, rest assured the staff will move you to a room with a sick beat coming from the faucet that will surely put you right to sleep. Unidentified supplements can be picked up right outside your door left over from the previous occupant. And no need to worry about staff mopping, your AC unit will wash the floor for you.

This was the most disappointing stay that I have ever had at an IHG. When I was ready for bed, the room was not dark. The light illuminating the room through the balcony door was unbelievable. I called the front desk to inquire whether or not another room was available. The nice lady indicated that they were sold out. She suggested that I drape a blanket over the glass. I got dressed and when I went to the front desk, she had a blanket ready and waiting for me to use. The worse thing about my stay... The next morning while in the bathroom a cockroach 🪳 came crawling across the counter. I alerted the front desk. I offered them a video that I took. They apologized and promised to let management know and promised to add reward points to my account. The reward points were never added. UPDATE: Promises still not kept

My family and I stayed here for an entire week and everything was perfect from being greeted upon arrival, checking in and room was fresh and welcoming very clean and neat I can tell they spend quality time on putting everything together. We loved everything and will definitely be back soon!!!
