  Nice place and found it to be worth the value we were looking for. It has a kitchen and we were able to use it for breakfast and dinner.

  Nice and quiet until biker week , really nice people here and lovely big bed , soft sheets and I enjoy the kitchen

  i would give this hotel a rating of 3.5. the hotel could use more investment and upgrades in the common areas and upgrade the furniture. i checked in and was given the room 111. i went to the room was overwhelmed by the powerful stench of dog, carpet cleaner air freshener. i immediately started sneezing and feeling odd. i went back to the front desk and asked for a different room and was thankfully accommodated. this time room 223 smelled much better. the furniture was basic. a chair (the seat of the chair was lightly stained please replace it) a long desk table was along the wall a nice kitchen setup full fridge, 2 Aire induction burner, dishes a pot, cups glasses and a coffee pot etc. enough for 1-2 pp, king bed (sleep well on it), nice lighting (more than enough), carpeting is stained in several places, but not severely, the bathroom was not spacious but was clean. the door is too close to the toliet. this will require entering and moving to the side and then closing the door to access the toilet. the bottom outside of the bath tub is dirty. but other than that the room is decent. i didn't hear anything thru the walls or overhead so it was pretty quiet and the water was hot. the location is about 1.5miles from pier point which has shopping, waterfront, restaurants and a nice park. it is a very walkable distance from the hotel with sidewalks on both sides of the street. Ubers were plentiful and the cost was about 10.00 to the pier. this hotel is about 25 min from the airport. there is a small canteen near the front desk and coffee is free and they also have coffee packets in the room cream and sugar can be obtain from the canteen. The front desk personal was good, friendly and kind. i didn't encounter the housekeeping staff but they were kind friendly when i encountered them. the question i always ask myself: would i stay there again? probably it is a decent budget hotel, with minor issues. i think this hotel could be a 5 star budget hotel if they would change the carpet out to plain flooring and change the fabric chairs to leatherlike material.

  I know this is a budget hotel, but the most basic thing a hotel should invest in is an average bed. The bed in here is so horrendous we all had back aches by the time we left here, quality inns wyndhams or any other hotels we stayed in previously never had this bad of a beds, trust me don't ruin your sleep which in turn ruins your vacation by staying here, there was no power for a whole day so no wifi and no elevator, not very clean but okay for the price, location is really good, overall wouldn't stay here again

  The hotel was clean… the lobby, elevator, hallways and room. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. There isn’t a complimentary breakfast but there is a coffee pot in the room. The room came with a kitchenette, which was great. A clean, full-size refrigerator, sink, stove top and dish-ware. They didn’t have ice machines. However, they had an ice maker in the freezer but it didn’t work. Another negative, the tv in the bedroom is analog. The SD quality is like being back in the 90s. That was very disappointing. Therefore we watched TV on our iPad. Lastly, the people above us had kids running around, stomping all night and kept us up. Overall, we’d consider staying there again based on the service, cleanliness and location.
