  Wir sind für eine Nacht geblieben. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich und das Frühstück lecker. Der Koch kümmert sich durchgehend darum, dass alles frisch und hübsch angerichtet ist. Die Dame vom Zimmerservice hat immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und macht einen sehr guten Job. Wir hatten eine tolle Übernachtung.

  5/5 stars for the room, the view, and the service. But the manager really should come with a warning label for being too sweet. If she wants to text me her absolute favorite coffee spot in town, I might just add a bonus star to this review :)

  After our experience here, our family may decide to switch hotels to Holiday Inn Express. Yolanda at the front desk treated our family so well. She seems to really care about guests. Elizabeth's professionalism and customer service greatly exceeded my expectation. As the head of housekeeping, she was also quick to be helpful with any supplies that our room needed. We also especially enjoyed our breakfast when Craig cooked. He answered all the nutrient and ingredient questions that I had. The pool was clean and our room view was very nice. Thank you Holiday Inn Express for a fun and comfortable week.

  I’m a platinum member with my partner and out of ALL the stays we’ve ever had with IHG this facility is the worst. The staffing is very unprofessional at handling certain matters. The general manager herself is very unprofessional and unorganized. There was a misunderstanding on my end to which I clarified and reassured Michelle (GM) numerous times about, and after leaving she proceeded to be “confused” and not only issue a refund to my account that I already told her was mine, but she actively charged my card for the entirety of my stay at once (9 days — over 1k). With how my bank is set up that has left me in debt over 2k waiting on a refund. Today I tried to extend my stay for them to tell me there’s nothing available and I’ll have to check out (it wasn’t even time for me to check out yet) and now I am forced to sleep in my car for the duration of my trip due to not having access to my funds. I called corporate to discuss these matters and they spoke to Michelle herself and she literally lied to whoever she spoke to about what happened, twisting the situation to make it seem as though I did not clarify myself or come to an agreement with her that no refund was needed — which I did and have a witness, Michelle said out of her own mouth a refund will NOT be issued— to then wait until I had left the facility to go through with said refund and repurchase. I don’t appreciate how any of this was handled. Even through the frustration I did my best to be cordial and speak through it and Michelle decided she wanted to lose her patience over something that she caused. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at by far. OH and how can I forget — we couldn’t even eat breakfast this morning due to the milk being chunky and spoiled…. meaning they just be putting stuff up and out they don’t really be checking and refreshing like they should be. Disgusting experience. Will never be staying here again. Michelle needs checking on because realistically, you didn’t just inconvenience me, you took bill money out of my wallet, food out of my mouth, and shrugged your shoulders and said “my mistake.” On top of that the staff is too comfortable with how they speak to guest, and not in a friendly manner, when dealing with confrontation. For a general manager Michelle is very unsuited and unorganized. I pray they get new management and actually look at the people they hire. Disgusting.

  I stay here every week for work, and almost every time I’m here I have to change rooms either for the shower not working, all the outlets not working, or dirty room, toilet not flushed, trash not picked up, trash overflowing in the bin by the elevator, the breakfast is subpar at best, and now this month they started charging $5 a night for parking. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
