  Stayed the first weekend of August. Woke up early Sunday to enjoy the pool and was told by the staff that nobody could go into the pool because they were having it shocked. The staff was very unapologetic and offered no alternatives. Very disappointing given the price per night and the fact that the hotel offers very little amenities to begin with. Will not go back. Also stayed in another hotel near by the day before and their pool was fine so the excuse of storms causing the pool needing to be shocked is hard to believe.

  We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The hotel was timeless and classic. The moment you get there you feel like you teleported into a time that was locked away for generations. Pure class. The service was so friendly and sincere. The people that work there truly care about your stay. We were served by Kila and Richard and they were both amazing. Thank you for everything! We will be back for our first anniversary! Love this place!

  We had a wonderful stay at The Colony on Saturday 8/15. We spent the day at the pool and the pool attendants/servers were excellent. I wish I could name each person but Greta is the only name I know for sure. Both the men and women were working their tails off and as pleasant as can be. Same goes for the check-in team and pool bar staff. The DJ (Heather?) was excellent and the evening live music AMAZING. We had the best day and are grateful. Thank you!

  Our girls’ weekend at The Colony Hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with incredible hospitality, and staying at the perfectly pink hotel made the experience even more special. It’s every bit as charming and beautiful as you’d imagine, but what truly makes The Colony exceptional is its people. The level of attentiveness and genuine kindness we experienced throughout our stay was second to none. A heartfelt thank you to Deanna, Courtney, Colton, Andrea, Marina, and Alexis for going above and beyond to make our weekend so memorable. Each of you made us feel so welcomed and cared for, and your thoughtful service never went unnoticed. The Colony isn’t just a stunning hotel, it’s an experience. Between the beautiful atmosphere, impeccable service, and the amazing team, it was the perfect setting for the perfect girls’ getaway. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. Thank you for making our stay so unforgettable!
