  If you ask for two bottles of water they give you three on a nice tray, we had an early morning flight and kid wants waffles they opened up 10 mins early and brought out waffles, ask for chairs and they get you a cabana (because it’s emptier than usual), always above and beyond, the four seasons service is bar none - tasteful and impeccable. Beautifully manicured facilities, amazing and generous staff, always a great visit

  Our stay at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach was an absolute delight—an experience defined by genuine warmth, impeccable service, and a staff that truly rolled out the red carpet for our family. Mark Bingle is as personable as they come, setting a tone of approachable excellence that permeates the entire property. From the first interaction, it was clear that every team member operates with both professional mastery and real human connection. Our children are devoted Pokémon fanatics (while my wife and I remain cheerfully clueless on the subject). When I mentioned this to the front desk team, they immediately rose to the occasion. Gabriel, Anthony, and Nico not only engaged with the kids but fully “geeked out” alongside them over an esoteric world of characters and cards that remains a complete mystery to us. Watching the staff lean into something so specific and meaningful to our children was one of the purest examples of personalized hospitality we’ve ever witnessed. We also enrolled the kids in a Neapolitan pizza cooking class, and both Chef Loren and General Manager Jason of Flories went well beyond expectations—patient, enthusiastic, and clearly invested in making the experience memorable. Across the board, the staff here is not only highly knowledgeable but gifted in the art of people skills. Phil, the front desk supervisor, quietly ensures that every detail is perfect and aligned with your preferences. Shirley behind the bar at Seabreeze is an outstanding bartender—gracious, skilled, and a pleasure to chat with. Brandon, the Food & Beverage Manager, consistently goes the extra mile even for the simplest requests. And Jane at the front desk, still in training mode, already carried herself with the poise and professionalism of a seasoned veteran. The kids club deserves special mention: it is one of the finest we have ever encountered. Our children simply did not want to leave, and after seeing the fantastic staff and the abundance of thoughtful arts and crafts, we understood exactly why. If you’re deliberating whether to book, don’t. Just book it—and thank this review later. The Patel family looks forward to our return and to another taste of that magnetic energy that welcomes you the moment you walk through the majestic doors of the Four Seasons Palm Beach.

  Me and my 4 year old are currently finishing up our stay at the Four Seasons Palm Springs and I HAVE TO SAY this experience has been 100/10!!! This was a last minute trip, I called reservations Saturday Morning for a Sunday Arrival, I was torn between the FS and 2 other properties, but after calling reservations I was sold! Reservation: Peyton in reservations answered my call, she was so incredibly polite and warm, she was attentive to my needs for our reservation, she answered all of questions, provided me with price options for all of the current offers and provided me her best candid advice on which option was best. She was so patient and kind, her great customer service and insight won me over. I mentioned it was a belated birthday trip Arrival: After a very tumultous flight experience, we finally arrived to the hotel about 3 and a half hours later than our original arrival time. I was welcomed with a glass of champagne and a complimentary room upgrade. My daughter was given the Four Seasons Flamingo upon arrival, and taken to the kids room and allowed to select a toy and piece of candy, she was overjoyed with the welcome experience. When we got to our room, there were TWO handwritten notes AND Desserts :). Kids club left some yummy cookies and gummy treats and a letter inviting my daughter to come by and see them. I received a postcard wishing me a Happy Belated birthday and yummy Happy Birthday Brownie! WE both felt so loved and so appreciated. We had about a hour to get washed up and changed for dinner and we headed down to Florie's, Stamene was our server the first night and she absolutely amazing! The Resort: The rooms are beautiful, they are fully stocked with the most luxurious amenities, Houskeeping comes twice a day, Once in the morning and in the evening for a turn down service. The hallways have an amazing scent! The kids club features a room for to watch their children under 4 to play supervised, and then there is the room for workers who will watch kids from 4-12 years old from 9:30am-12:15pm and 1pm-4pm. My daughter LOVED kids club! The hotel offers some GREAT experiences and many of them complimentary. They have Complimentary cooking classes for adults, children, mixology classes, yoga and exercise classes. At the Pool they will feature complimentary goodies each day! A Gelato Cart, Freshly Squeezed Fruit Juice, Popcorn with different flavor seasonings. They also would pass out pre-scooped cups of Gelato, mini mimosas, and other treats for parents and kids. Our Stay: The Staff are what make the FS brand what is it is! Every member made sure to remember my name, its the intentional touch of hearing "Hello Ms. Sexton" all throughout the property that makes you feel so seen and known. Lauren and Paul were so amazing by the pool, they provided such a great care and service, Lauren showered me and my daughter with such attentive care in her service poolside. Shelley at the Florie's bar was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! My daughter loved her so much, everynight she wanted to draw her pictures from the coloring sheets provided to the kid guests! She introduced me to some of the most delicious cocktails on the menu, she made my daughter feel so loved and attended to, she was such a complete treasure! One of the hostess had black hair wore glasses, suprised my daughter with a turtle while were eating our second night! The staff made dinner at the hotel so memorable for me and my daughter, she only wanted to eat here everynight. I had an amazing time during the adult cooking class, Chef Marjorie made class so fun! My daughter, she couldnt believe I made the pizza myself! lol I started to feel sick this morning and had to cancel my spa appointment, I informed the front desk and as a suprise to me, I had a knock out the door and the front desk sent me lemon and honey for my tea. Such intentional and heartfelt customer service is so few and far in between. Food and Beverage: For me and my daughter, we spent on average $85-$140 per meal.
