  Five Stars Across the Board – Fantastic Stay Hands down, we highly recommend this property! We stayed here for a business trip, and it amply accommodated every single one of our needs. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to get truly restful sleep between our obligations. Everything about the stay was seamless and stress-free. There wasn't a single negative thing to say—we’ve already saved this location as our go-to spot for whenever business brings us back to the area.

  Sad it doesn't give you an option to respond, there were no damages to the hotel room so please clarify that way guests aren't be fooled, you sent me an image of a dirty towel and hand towel that could have easily been washed. We booked for 4 adults on ihg and explained that 2 your team. Nobody did any threatening. Your management staff threatened me stating he would give me the refund back if I took down my review, I then commented back i will take it down once I receive my refund so please let's get the facts straight a little. Dishonest and disgusting how you all treat guest. Oh and forgot to mention the hard old bagels and bread served and spoiled milk we got. Have a blessed day I would give it a 0 star, beyond upset, I used my IHG points to stay we paid online yet they still wanted a deposit but didn't take a deposit from my mom who had her seperate room. They tried saying we aren't getting are deposit back because we had extra people, we had 8 people and 2 rooms, 4 in each room so make that make sense there are 4 queen beds. We called and asked if we would be charged for a crib and a 2 month old baby and they told us No. The lady Kristi extremely nasty says I been here 4 years and I know I would have charged everyone a deposit and we didn't no what were talking about. Well being a General Manager for 10 plus years, I can tell you I wouldn't want someone like that running my hotel. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Just spoke to the manager who was extremely rude talking about damages to the room, threatening me saying he won't refund my deposit unless I take down this review because there were some stains on towels. Do not trust this hotel, they will scam you

  Wow, there isn't enough. I can say it walked in on thursday, and I was welcomed by caitlin. She was so sweet and so welcoming. I felt like I was the only guest at the hotel. I then had several encounters with Alex. He is the puerto rican pearl, so professional. So sweet and so full of information, I will be back just to say hello, to him. I had a fantastic stay. Everything was nearby . And the play was so clean every time you turned around, somebody was wiping something down or mopping something I really enjoyed seeing such a clean place with professional people. I'll be back soon

  Hotel was in a good location directly off the interstate and close to gas stations and other things needed. Breakfast wasn’t anything amazing but was what I needed and was perfect, I will say parking was a little rough if you didn’t come back early and one night half the lot was taken up by large utility vehicles parked sideways through all the spots. Room as clean and comfortable. As an IHG card holder and member we will stay again. And plan to at the Palm Bay location in October
