  We are a frequent visitor to Westgate and always are treated like family Marlyn and Danela go above and beyond to help the corner stone as always is Succes our man is reception makes the holiday vibe fantastic super time as always looking forward to coming back to the hotel staff keep doing what your doing all the best the Byrne family

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Westgate Palace Resort Orlando We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Westgate Palace Resort in Orlando from August 26th to August 31st, and our experience was made even more special by the exceptional service provided by Miss Marlyn. Right from our check-in on August 26th, Miss Marlyn was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our arrival smooth and comfortable by arranging an early check-in, which was extremely helpful after our journey. Throughout our entire stay, the service was consistently excellent. Miss Marlyn was always approachable, courteous, and genuinely interested in ensuring that we were comfortable and enjoying our vacation. Her professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out. She also helped make our departure on August 31st much easier by accommodating a late check-out, which allowed us to enjoy our last day in Orlando without the usual stress of having to leave the resort early. The resort itself was comfortable and well suited for a family vacation, but what really made our stay memorable was the personal attention and outstanding hospitality we received. Miss Marlyn is a true asset to Westgate Palace Resort, and her dedication to guest satisfaction deserves special recognition. Thank you to Miss Marlyn and the entire Westgate Palace team for making our Orlando vacation so comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit to Orlando!   Hi want to thank you all for a fabulous holiday we have had while visiting Orlando at Westgate Palace. Just want to mention the staff that made our holiday extra special especially Juan Pablj, front desk Juan Carlos Leslie Marcia Marlyn Iara frontgate Paul, coffee shop Yenny and bar staff Juan. We found Christie unfortunately a very rude woman. Thank you all for this special experience we had staying here. Just a small note to the owners about not having a bar in the evening. It is a missed opportunity. There was night when the bar was run late by the lovely Juan and we found the hotel to be much more lively. After a day at the parks it was lovely to unwind with a night cap by the pool. With the facilities that the hotel has, it seems a shame not to use them. Overall we would highly recommend staying at this resort. Love from Sharon and Peter in Ireland.

  My first time going to this resort and I can say it was very nice everything was all under one resort you can experience a spa day arcade games for kids pool side for the kids bar for adults ect room was nice and clean had all the kitchenware you will need and and washer and dryer. What I didn't like about the resort is the front desk the Hispanic lady with the glasses that check me in was not pleasant at all especially when I check out I stated I needed to sign a document per agent that I spoke with when I booked and instead of directing me to where I need to go she acted like I wasn't making sense and pointed to two individuals and stated to speak to them keep in mind this is my first time here I really felt like she had a problem with me being there especially when she started speaking with a gentleman in Spanish in front of me I did not have my translator glasses on she's luck out but overall It was a nice experience just the Hispanic lady with the glasses needs more training to be pleasant to customer/Owner.

  ⭐️Must read⭐️ Awesome Experience! Our stay at Westgate Resorts in Orlando, Florida was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we had a great experience. The resort was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make our vacation special. The atmosphere was fantastic, the staff were friendly,helpful they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable, and there were plenty of amenities and activities to enjoy. It was a perfect place to relax, have fun, and spend quality time with family. We truly enjoyed our stay and made some wonderful memories. Westgate Resorts exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely come back again! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great family vacation experience in Orlando.
