  my family and i stayed in the two rooms one queen and two twin beds. each room had their own bathroom with shower. we had a very nice time. the staff was kind and professional. ac was great especially with the florida heat. they have a pool and arcade. their cafe had good food as well. their drinks are even tastier. a perfect place to stay for families. not too far from disney or universal. would stay here again.

  I am a owner at the palace in Orlando Florida I had a complaint about my shower head Dripped Water constantly. But a young man From the maintenance department From the maintenance department Mr. Richardson came in and solved the problem immediately and he did a great job he was pleasant he was direct and he was thorough in what he did I thank him very much for his great service .

  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here ! The staff were fantastic- want to give specific recognition to Tya , Sophnia , Tony and Andrea! They were not only welcoming but they went above and beyond to ensure I had an experience I’ll never forget! From the moment I arrived I felt very welcome and safe! All pricing and rules were explained to me again at check in with papers to sign - secure and ensuring no bad surprises. The property was secure and in a fantastic location. Plenty of walking spots , a beautiful lake with fantastic views of the city. Your able to fish off the grill area behind the pool. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. There was even a washer and dryer in unit as well so I didn’t even have to stress about going to a laundromat after attending rolling loud and getting covered in dirt. No matter where I was or what time I was there , I was greeted at almost every corner by staff that were not just there to work, they were there to amplify my experience. I think the staff being personable and humane made this my favorite hotel stay yet. 10/10 would highly recommend.

  Before we got to front desk to check in we were greeted by security guy at the gates. He greeted us in a such warm manner that I instantly felt genuinely great customer service. Minutes later same thing happened at front desk. Marlyn greeted me and help to quickly without delay to obtain keys to our room. But later in the day I was greeted again on my floor by housekeeper. All of these in same day showed us how great all members of the team here are! Truly great customer service!

  If you read my reviews, you know we stay in A LOT of very nice resorts in the area. Well, this one easily goes on the Would-Return list. Disclaimer: I used to work in the vacation ownership industry in Orlando at Orange Lake. And everything about this resort makes me proud of that time and what the industry does. Marilyn at the front desk took care of us promptly. Wanda, who coordinates the resort tour presentations, is easily one of the most professional. And in a twist, my amazing manager from 15 years ago at OL was here! Juan Coello is a godsend. Anywho, resort is great. Staff was excellent. Westgate has improved leaps and bounds. I'm not getting paid a dime to say this. Just love great resorts and talent.
