  Excellent place to stay within the vicinity of all Universal parks. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there is a kitchen for basic cooking. There is a counter for breakfast and a sports bar in the afternoons. There is also a pool and jaccuzzi to hang out after a full day at the parks. Thete is a shuttle service to the parks which we did not use, but saw upon arrival. Highly recommend if you want an affordable yet comfortable option.

  Sterling was degrading me and my family, he also put my kids in a situation where they were susceptible to violence when he got in my FACE. I was sitting down with my KIDS present! I sure hope they go review the audio and video. Its a resort though, they probably dont care and won't do anything. I hate to base my whole opinion on 1 guy but as they say a 1st impression is a lasting one. The bad- hidden fees 90m-120m meeting with disrespectful sales reps who get mad when told no. Some people have issues getting gift packages. I won't just bash this place because of him though lets talk about some good. The good- I cant lie most staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of things close by. Gated community. You will make random connections and friends. They have bars/restaurants and a store on site! Clean toilets in lobby bathrooms they clean often 👌 Rooms smell good and clean.

  overall, it’s a nice place, but I do have some concerns with our stay. first and foremost, i don’t recommend!!!! this is more a hotel than it is a resort. The rooms are nice, it works. no complaints... the wifi, absolutely horrible. goes in and out every minute. phone barely worked in any room. The TV situation isn’t the best ,the remotes change every TV at the same time or don’t work at all. also there needs to be more parking. I believe that resorts should have complementary breakfast as it is a resort. people pay enough money as is to come to the establishment. it’s THE LEAST. no balcony or no way to access opening the windows for fresh air. the construction of the building HORRIBLE, blocking the sun for the pool until 2/3 o’clock to get full sun shining over the pool area. also VERY VERY LIMITED seating for the pool which was bizarre to me and some other guests. also, I don’t know what they put in the pool, but I wear my jewelry all the time, everywhere I go, in different waters and I have never had a problem until I come to this resort it has completely turned all of my silver jewelry black!!!! and some of my new recently jewelry. i’m beyond pissed about it also when waiting for the bar to open, when asking an employee who worked at the food place they have here. they had absolutely no idea when someone would be in. their response “honestly i don’t know, could be 2 or 3. i never know” ….. majority of the time, no one was there until 3. the dine food they have is pretty good no complaints for them. definitely more cons than pros so take this review as is. i recommend staying at another westgate location

  Well. Now that my stay is over 1. Dryer didn't work told the front desk and they seemed disinterested 2. A/C doesn't go any lower than 72 which is ridiculous 3. Main bedroom didn't get cool at all 4. Bedroom had a slow drain which was totally gross 5. Washer/Dryer smelt like someone cleaned their smokey clothes in them and now it has ruined the washer/dryer with the smell 6. You have a bug problem. Whatever is behind this locked door they are coming from. It's pretty gross. These little guys apparently like to come out when it’s dark and quiet because as soon as the lights went on and we started moving around they were gone. 7. Last but not least when your a resort that have to offer free stuff just to get people to come stay at your place you might want to think about that. Sunday bed we left the lobby was full of people that 1 didn’t know how to dress in public 2 act in public and was there just for the free stuff. Personally made the place look trashy!! We'll be suggesting to look elsewhere next year for volleyball nationals
