It was closed due to thunderstorms. Unfortunately, we had to do a pub crawl until it opened... The sun showed up and the pictures were awesome. Don't forget to bluetooth your favorite music over the speakers.

Well worth the ride. Amazing views on a clear day. Spacious, not much seating area, nice and slow around. It doesn’t stop so you have to be able to step on and off when it’s moving.

Beautiful experience and one of the best views in Orlando. The ride was smooth, relaxing, and gave amazing panoramic views of the city. A perfect attraction to enjoy at ICON Park.

SeaLife was enjoyable, but the Orlando Eye was a complete letdown. After purchasing tickets Monday, we were told onsite it was closed for maintenance. I specifically reconfirmed that it would be open on Wednesday, as we were leaving the next morning, and was assured there would be no issue. We rearranged our plans, left our beach trip early through heavy traffic (3 hours), and arrived Wednesday evening only to find it closed again for a private event. We were traveling with a newborn and from Canada, which made this especially frustrating. While a refund was eventually issued, no confirmation or receipt was provided due to their machines being down. Very poor communication and no respect for guests’ time. Would not recommend.
