  My family of 4 stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we did not want to leave! Everything was absolutely fabulous best money I have spent in a very long time!!! IHG you got this right! Awesome job!

  We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautiful hotel, very close to Epic Universe, and the service is excellent! We only had two issues: 1. I love that the hotel is pet-friendly; however, I don’t think being pet-friendly and having carpeted hallways and rooms necessarily go hand in hand. The hotel always had a slight smell of dog urine. We were moved to another room where the smell was less noticeable, but it was still present. This situation made us feel quite uncomfortable and even made us lose our appetite for breakfast because the smell throughout the hotel was so unpleasant. 2. The bathroom door squeaked horribly whenever it was opened or closed. As a result, everyone would wake up whenever someone needed to use the bathroom during the night. This made it difficult for us to sleep well and left us feeling less rested for our days at the parks. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the excellent service, but these two issues significantly affected our experience.

  Absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location if you're going to Universal Orlando Resort! The staff is top-notch and truly made our stay exceptional. Robert, Grace and the rest of the lobby team were all very genuine and above-and-beyond with their service. We visited the bar/restaurant one night after the parks and the young lady who helped us was wonderful as well. They all seemed so sincere every time we interacted. Even with a beautiful hotel, the staff is key and these folks are the best-of-the-best. No exaggeration! We used ride share (Uber) to get to the Universal parks and it was only around $10 each way. International Drive was right around the corner so grabbing dinner at a restaurant was easy. Walmart and fast food are also super-close. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it was really nice. Plenty of outdoor seating, couches, fire pits and two really nice grills. They also safely stored our luggage for the day before we could check in as well as on the day we checked out (we did the parks both of those days). Rooms are spacious and really well thought out. Beds were comfy, shower was really nice, TVs allowed for Netflix and YouTube logins and the kitchen area is well appointed. We will definitely be back next time we go to Universal! Special thanks to Robert and Grace! Thanks for the genuine hospitality and friendliness! We're back home and still talking about it ❤️

  The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful! Brand new, super clean, and honestly stunning. I would easily give the property five stars and would definitely stay here again. My only issue was with Reagan, who I spoke with on the phone the week before our stay. She was quite rude, and the interaction was so unpleasant that I almost booked our group of 15 rooms somewhere else. Thankfully I’m glad we still chose to stay because the hotel itself was wonderful. However, that interaction definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and is something I hope management addresses.

  Neues Hotel mit exzellenter Lage, in direkter Nähe zum Epic Universe von Orlando. Man kann über einen Seitengang vom Nachbarhotel (Universals Stella Nova Resort) innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten Fußweg direkt das Epic Universe erreichen. Von dort aus sind natürlich auch die kostenlosen Shuttles zum City Walk, den Universal Studios und Islands of Adventures oder Volcano Bay nutzbar. Das geht auch vom Nachbarhotel Stella Nova, welches zwei Shuttlebushaltestellen hat. Zum Hotel selbst: Geräumige, moderne Zimmer mit reichlich Ausstattung: Küchenzeile mit -Zubehör, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und Eiswürfel-Gerät. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, geräumiges, helles Bad mit großer begehbarer Dusche und allen dazugehörigen Toiletten- und Pflegeartikeln. Das Bett ist groß und gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind auch nicht hellhörig. Das Frühstück ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse herausragend. Eine große Auswahl an Backwaren, dazu frisches Obst, Gemüse und auch warme Speisen wie z.B. Bacon, Kartoffelwürfel und Buletten. Waffeleisen sind vorhanden. Kaffee, Säfte und Softdrinks sind auch enthalten. Abends kann man an der Bar Getränke und Speisen bekommen (zusätzlich zu bezahlen). Ein großes Lob auch an das sehr freundliche Personal, das immer freundlich grüßt und stets behilflich ist! Ein Geheimtipp für diejenigen, die zu den Universal Freizeitparks wollen!
