My experience was pretty good, I went to the pool after i checked in, it was calming great for the kids its not that deep, theres also an outside bar with a lots of seating outside, with a grill you can use. There is a game room and gym by the entrance of the pool(I did not use). For the room they will welcome with the tv stating your first name. When you walk in you’ll see the kitchen with a sink and a stove with enough silverware and plates and cups. Theres a microwave, a dishwasher and a big fridge that are available to use, the beds were pretty comfortable and for the bathroom it was pretty nice I would say, pretty clean and organized. As a brand new hotel i am impressed.

The hotel was nice but there are too many problems. First the room is blazing hot at night. The motion sensors turn off ac after 30 minutes of no movement I Ike up ever couple of house walking around the room to turn on ac. It’s locked at 68 degrees feels more like 70. It’s a shame you can’t sleep comfortable here and the bed and pillows are too hard. Also the breakfast was very average not worth getting up for. Overall the gym too was also hot and I would not come back. Too bad the room was nice just can’t sleep there and I like the no pets policy too just fix the dam temperature of the rooms!

LOVEDDDD my stay !!!! The employees were so kind and helpful, the pool was great, the 24 hour gym was fully equipped and the room was chefs kiss. A great bonus is that TVs allow you to log in to either your netflix or prime account which is not something every hotel has. We took full advantage of this!!! There is always fresh coffee in the lobby and the free breakfast consisted of waffles, lots of protein, and tasty delicacies! We’re already planning our next stay and recommending Staybridge to our family and friends! Also, this hotel is close to the parks, restaurants, and other attractions

My husband and I are Diamond Members and have never had an experience with IHG like this. When we went into our room, there were no blackout curtains, so they changed our room to a handicapped room. This room change was highly inconvenient—especially with a baby. This room was no better than the last. The bathroom flooded every time we showered despite having drains and the floor was wet even after a full day. Our biggest complaint was the air conditioning. This is Florida in July. AC is essential for your guest’s comfort. We set the temperature to as low as it would go and it would not go below 70. We called for a technician to see if it was broken. He informed us that the air conditioning in the hotel is prefixed to 70 and it could not be adjusted any further. Because of the Florida sun, the room often stayed at about 72. The room was terribly uncomfortable the entire time we were there and it was difficult to sleep. Also, the shower water ran out of hot water in the evenings, so one of us had to take a cold shower. One of the worst things about the hotel was that we were daily greeted with a group of people in the lobby who had been smoking weed. Many people bring their children to this hotel and it was exceedingly inappropriate to allow this behavior. The last issue we had was that the luggage carts were unavailable for use. We had quite a bit of luggage and baby items. The people at the front desk were not helpful and did not provide any assistance in finding us a luggage cart. We had to take multiple trips since someone had to be with the baby while the other person brought down all the luggage. As a result, we will not be staying at this hotel again.

Malik Johnson, the Front Desk Manager, made a great first impression and set the tone for my entire stay.
He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He answered every question, handled everything efficiently, and made me feel like a valued guest instead of just another check-in. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about customer service.
Employees like Malik are hard to find. Staybridge Suites is lucky to have him, and I hope his leadership recognizes the job he's doing. He represents the hotel exceptionally well.
