  Our experience in this hotel was really bad. The hotel is so dark and gloomy. Our room was dirty. The kitchen floor was sticky, and the microwave had fingerprints all over it. The light under the microwave was not working. The room smelled bad in general, and the furniture in the living area was dirty and looked like someone had just been sitting on the sofa. In addition, the room was hot when we came in. AC eas not working properly. We decided to leave immediately. Of course we were charged the full booking value of the room but we didn’t care since we knew our experience was not going to be what we paid for. One thing worth mentioning is the employee at the front desk. He was really nice and even apologized on behalf of the hotel. Anyway, I am never booking a room in this hotel again.

  Booked a 3 night stay just to show up and they tell me they have no rooms available.My family and I just flew in from NJ, our flight was delayed twice so we arrived around 12:00am but I had informed the hotel both times I would be arriving late and then later once we picked up the rental. They said they had a lot of maintenance issues with some higher floor rooms and unfortunately had no where for us to stay. We booked 4 months in advance. We asked for a manger and of course none in the building. Thankfully the hotel next door Hampton Inn took mercy on us and gave us room keys and just treated us like gold. This was my worst experience with any hotel I ever booked with. Didn’t know they could leave people; especially a family from out of town with a toddler and senior citizen out with no place to stay. I will definitely let anyone I know to never stay here. There was no customer service or even a courtesy call!

  We’ve stayed here many times very convient to sea world. However our last trip I accidentally left my wedding rings behind by microwave in the room. We had only been out the room 30 minutes I called the hotel ask if we could come back for them was told no they weren’t in the room. I’ve called multiple times check lost and found sense only to be told no. These weren’t expensive rings they were incredibly sentimental to me. They my original wedding rings husband gave me when we got married before he deployed to Iraq. They’ve made it cross country moves international moves this first time they ever been left behind. I won’t be back I know they being dishonest on stole my property. They should really be ashamed of themselves.

  Best place to be to visit Seaworld....the room was just ok as the door to the shower and flush room was broken. Surprised they offered the room in that condition. Also no clock/ radio in bedroom which was not convenient 🤔 The positives are a very good FREE breakfast each day and good. maid service...

  Checked in for my daughters birthday. Went to Walmart came back put stuff away there was dust on the kitchen counters. I did not have any other belongings in the room because my daughter and her friends weren't coming until late that night. I noticed the couch cushion was on wrong and had a little stain. I turned the cushion and it was covered in multiple large stains. Went down they said they would switch the room if one was available. Then I went to eat came back and there were roaches in my unit. Then I started noticing large amounts of dropping from roaches and a broken shower and vanity light. When I picked up the phone it was covered in grease. I cryed and went and checked out. Spoke with the front desk and he sent pictures his manager. Im at a loss... no place to stay now and nothings available, and now my daughters birthday has to be canceled due to this and it just sucks. Do better
