  Had a good stay, very clean, good showers, great beds. Breakfast wasn't the best but there were plenty of options. Would stay here again for sure.

  We overall a good stay! The staff are attentive, helpful, and they make sure you are having a great stay! The rooms are very clean but there were a couple of areas in our room that needed some attention and updating. It wasn't a big deal bur there were two minor issues with our bathroom that I let the front desk know about and they were taken care of when we returned to the room later that day. Housekeeping refreshes the rooms on a daily basis which is nice. I only got coffee each morning but the breakfast looked to be decent. The pool was refreshing and kept clean! We were in town for a convention and it's a short drive to the convention center. Seaworld is also across the street and easy to access! The location is quite and is a really nice area. I'd return when in Orlando!

  We really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel was comfortable and conveniently located, though there was a slight odor in some areas. Breakfast was also fairly limited and not very impressive. Otherwise, it was a decent experience.

  We have stayed from 6/7/26-6/12/26. By far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We had the 2 bedroom king with 2 queens and it was amazing having the extra space. Location is great. Centrally located in the midst of everything. No more than 10min or less from all major and small attractions. ALL staff was courteous and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always on point and the staff handling that was amazing to watch. I have nothing negative to stay. I have to give a shoutout I think his name was Bashra at the front desk. He was absolute the best! Even recommended places to eat and was always so helpful. This will be our only stay in Orlando for future trips.

  This was a terrible experience. Which I am surprised because it had such great reviews. The room is received for one, was not thoroughly cleaned. It had a horrible odor, the kitchen floor wasn’t swept, the couch in the living room had stains, the bathroom shower was disgusting, and the bathroom also had an odor. There were big cracks in the shower wall where bugs can come through, I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower-we took bird baths at the sink. I spoke to customer service who did try to help and send someone to clean again, but that didn’t help the shower dents, dirt, grime, odor, walls or couch, but it was just uncomfortable staying there. I would have thought rectifying the situation could include offering me another room, but didn’t. So that’s why I’m writing a review.
