  The hotel clerk was extremely rude. One of the perks of being an IHG club member is a later checkout. When I asked she responded “as a courtesy I can checkout at noon after that will be a charge.” She said it in a snotty manner. If you go to the IHG rewards websites it states all members from club and up have late check out up to 2pm. I have to spend over 50 more nights in hotels the next fews months, None will be at this Staybridge or any IHG hotel. Additionally, I recommend not walking in bare feet in your room. Within a few minutes of walking on the room carpet your feet will be brown from the dirt.

  Een zeer ongeschikte manager bij dit hotel die zijn fouten niet durft toe te geven en geen excuses hiervoor maakt en het op ons af schuift. Alles wat fout kon gaan ging fout bij dit hotel geen aanrader! Het is ook allemaal niet erg schoon en het ontbijt is waardeloos te noemen.

  Do not stay here! Arrived at 3AM expecting a smooth check-in. After getting my keys, we went to grab our luggage and noticed the main elevator was out of order, the clerk did not notify us. They put us on the 2nd floor meaning we had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor. After entering our room we noticed how hot the room was because the AC was not working. I had to go back to the front desk so they could change our room. They ended up moving us to the 3rd floor, so we had to carry our luggage up another flight. The hotel it self needs a complete gut. There is paint peeling on all the doors, the rooms stink, in my room the floors were not swept or mopped. It just felt dirty.

  This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It's disgusting. The rooms are dated and there's paint peeling off the doors. The shower had something sticky in it that made it impossible to shower. The attendant in the breakfast area laughed at me when I asked for breakfast items an hour before they are supposed to close, pictures included. When I tried asking the front desk about it, they told me I can go eat somewhere else. I've never been treated the way these people are acting. I can't believe that IHG let's children run a hotel. If you value your sanity, money, and a decent breakfast, stay at a Marriott. This place is a very sorry excuse for a place to stay and the health department and IHG should work to shut it down before something worse happens. I can't wait to see the response on this from the hotel apologizing for something they refuse to fix. Maybe one day they'll actually figure out how to do hospitality.

  This is located where a lot of restaurants are which is nice. This place is great. They do a social in their community room behind the lobby. FREE ALCOHOLIC DRINKS! I was able to get 3 beers for myself and 3 glasses of wine for my wife and free appetizers! Monday-Wednesday. Rooms are well kept and they are pet friendly! The pet fee isn’t predatory at all. There is also no parking fees whatsoever. The service and layout of this place is great! They have a pool in the middle of the courtyard and even a basketball court!
