The hotel itself was nice, but management is extremely dishonest. We used to stay at Holiday Inns regularly, but after this experience, we won't be returning. Upon checkout, we were assured that our $50 deposit would be refunded. After a week passed with no refund, we called the hotel and were once again assured that the refund was being processed. Now, three weeks later, we still haven't received our money, and all they keep doing is lying to us. They literally stole our deposit. Save yourself the hassle and $50 and go elsewhere!

I found hair, no body wash, and red stains all over the bathroom. And my room smelled like Fritos. Needed a double over on the cleaning. Pretty sketchy part of town. Lots of lurkers and other characters hanging around at night. Right next to the interstate so lots of noise and traffic 24/7. Dont expect to sleep peacefully without earplugs. Breakfast is not free. It costs $18. Outrageous. Several of the 5 star reviews are from staff members. Better options nearby.

This is not a good area. Saw some homeless people and other questionable characters. The outside looks horrible. We almost didn't go on. The inside is very nice. They need to fix up the outside. Also, the area around the hotel is junky.
