  Inakzepabler Empfang durch Emily. Der Kreditkarten Terminal hat nicht funktioniert. Der gesamte Rechnungsbetrag wurde aber vom Hotel bereits geblockt. Ich wollte 200$ in Cash als Deposit hinterlegen ansatt meine Kreditkarte inkl. CVC Code kopieren zu lassen. Ich habe angeboten in 2 Std mit der Kreditkarte zu kommen. Ich hatte die Wahl Abends in 2 Stunden wiederzukommen, wenn Terminal wieder geht oder alles nochmal Cash zu bezahlen, was ich getan habe, um mein Zimmer zu erhalten. Unglaublich!!!

  Karina in the breakfast area was amazing. My twins were celebrating their bday and she went out of her way to make them feel special. It’s the things you do when no one is looking that makes the biggest difference. Thank you so much!!!!

  Staff was friendly, bartender could have definitely used some help. The drinks were okay. The rooms were clean and loved the wood vs carpet however the bed made ALOT of noise and the plumbing was extremely loud I could hear every flush from the rooms on both sides. As well as their beds/foldouts being opened. I had a king room on the 5th floor. You could see the fireworks from the front door at the icon across the street.

  The service was great! Shawn was awesome! Very hopeful as check in and forthcoming. The room was a bit outdated though it looked nice. The stopper in the tub was broken. There was not any soap in the bathroom initially though when I informed the front desk they had someone bring it immediately (I was told soap was supposed to be in the bathroom.). My biggest concern was the air conditioner. I visited in at the end of July and it was hot as Orlando can be. I like my room to be a bit cooler, less than 70 degrees when it’s 80 and ion outside. No matter how low I put the temperature it would not go less lower than 69 degrees. I like it cool because of its warmer than 65 I sweat when I sleep. And I definitely sweated at night. I informed the front desk and they said they’d have someone to come look at it. I can’t say if anyone can’t but I can say I set the temp as low as 45 and the room did not go lower than 69. I had it on that setting for three days. The location is nice though it can be a bit inconvenient getting to places as the walkway takes it the long way and to restaurants and attractions across the street (the inconvenience is walking in the heat). However, the hotel being right across the street from ICON park was a big plus. If I hadn’t been so tired my first day O could have really took advantage of that. The breakfast star was nice and the dinner bartenders had great service. I kind of wish there was a walkway to the front desk from the rooms rather than having to go outside. Less than a minute in that Orlando heat is rough lol. Overall I’d rate the hotel with four stars mainly due to the service and location. Oh I almost forgot there are shuttles that run to the Disney World parks but be very careful with pickup times from the parks. You have to schedule pickup to and from the park but there’s no option to edit them. My pico from the hotel was great but I was almost stranded at the park due to the company Fabulous Buses telling me my pickup to go back to the hotel was at 7pm if I don’t want to leave at what I scheduled (3:45pm) when it was really at 10:45pm. I left the park and was at the bus stop at 6:45pm(you are advised to be at the bus stop driver minutes before the pickup time). A bus didn’t show until 7:10pm and that driver said he was there for different hotels. I called the company and initially I stated the wrong hotel and they said that’s probably why I got the wrong time given on the first call I’d made. However, I never have a hotel in the first call as they found my reservation and are what hotel I was staying at. I got a call back saying I had been given the wrong time. I didn’t know if I could get back in the park for three hours and to be honest I was quite tired as I’d been there since 10am so I just called an Uber. This is not an against the hotel though as it was the company Fabulous Buses that gave me the wrong pickup time. All in all, I’m not really that upset with the company just be very careful with pickup times with this company. Check a hundred times before even going to the park. The trip back using rideshare isn’t a crazy amount but a tad pricey. If the hotel is offering shuttles it saves money. I might stay at this hotel again mainly for the location and service. Oh and there’s only breakfast and dinner, no lunch. Breakfast was 6 or 6:30-10 and I know finger started at 4 not for certain when it was over. Just FYI.

  I recently stayed at this hotel for a week while traveling for work, and what impressed me most was the staff. The property itself is comfortable, but it’s the people who work here that really make the experience exceptional. We had an unexpected issue at check-in because our reservation had been made through our company. Since the reservation wasn’t under our name and we didn’t have the original credit card, it created a bit of a challenge. Fortunately, Anaya was incredibly helpful. She stayed calm, explained everything clearly, and helped us find a solution so we could get settled into our room. During our stay, we spent some time at the bar and had the pleasure of meeting Meloney. She went above and beyond every day, offering recommendations for places to eat, things to do around the area, and making every guest feel welcome. She has such a positive attitude and genuinely cares about the people staying here. Employees like her are hard to find. I’d also like to recognize Josh from the kitchen. He regularly stopped by our table to make sure everything was good and asked if we needed anything. That kind of attention to guests doesn’t go unnoticed. One of our favorite parts of the stay was seeing Elizabeth, who worked the evening shift in the gift shop. We’d stop in each night for snacks, and she was always friendly, kind, and happy to chat. She has such a warm personality and made every interaction enjoyable. A nice bonus was the free parking, which was greatly appreciated. That’s something many hotels charge extra for, so it was definitely a plus. On the other hand, breakfast is not included with your stay, and while the food was good, the price felt a bit high for what was offered. The hotel could use some updating, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t the strongest during our visit. Even so, the outstanding customer service more than made up for those minor issues. Every employee we interacted with genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great experience. A sincere thank you to Anaya, Meloney, Josh, Elizabeth, and the rest of the team. They turned what could have been an average hotel stay into a memorable one, and I would gladly stay here again.
