Fantastic front desk staff, I’m here regularly for business and they remember me and always welcoming and happy to see me. Anaya checked me in tonight and welcomed me with a huge smile the minute I walked in and she always makes me feel special and that she’s happy I’m here. Highly recommend, great location on I-drive near everything

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU PLAN ON WORKING REMOTE. Hands DOWN the worst WiFi I’ve ever used!! On the 3rd floor, and trying to work. IT WONT EVEN LOAD A BASIC WEBSITE!!!! I keep getting kicked off of it as well, and then it just says NO INTERNET or never connects. Makes working and watching tv a really enjoyable experience. The ONLY thing good about this place was the lady in the gift shop and the lady that checked us in. Also, ignore the response from the owner when they say “we can’t locate a reservation in your name.” It’s not in my name, everyone in a room isn’t listed! Picture shows that is irrelevant and the terrible connection!!! Im only able to posit this on my phone as the internet is that CRAPPY I can’t use my computer. Edit to add: the photo in the elevator, spelling on complementary is…a choice lol

I booked a one night stay here and went in with low expectations since I just needed a place to sleep, but it completely exceeded them! Destiny at the front desk was amazing. She couldn't find my Booking.com reservation at first, but she quickly pulled it up with my confirmation number and made check in so easy. She explained all the amenities, told us how to get to our room, and even said to contact her if we needed anything. Such kind, genuine service. The room was super spacious and clean, and the AC was fabulous. At around $100 a night on a weekend, it was absolutely worth the money. The location can't be beat. It's right across from the Orlando Eye and only about a 10 minute Uber ride to Halloween Horror Nights. Free parking is a great bonus too, especially if you're on a budget. Amazing location, amazing room, amazing service. This will definitely be my go to hotel whenever I'm in Orlando. Thank you, Destiny!

ROACH INFESTED and HORRIBLE SERVICE. Me and my daughter stay here July29 through August 4th in room 2551. Towards the end of our stay I wake up in the morning to go to the bathroom and I see 2 roaches on the wall. I was able to kill one and the other ran back under the baseboard. When I checked out Shawn(manager) was not the the front. The following week I called and asked for the manager, but I was told the manager was not available so I left a message to call me( I never said why I wanted to talk to manager). I also left an email, but in this email, I said everything that happen during our trip. 2 weeks go pass, I remember NO response. So I call again and this time I speak with a lady named Annabelle who said she was the manager. So I asked if she got my voice message or email, she said something to the nature "I haven't been able to get back with you ". So, I proceed to tell her what happen. She said "it was submitted to whoever handles the complaints, and they will be reaching out to me within the week. So I also sent her proof showing where I was over charge and she said "I will fix this as soon as I get off the . It has been weeks and still NO response. This place does bad business an don't deliver on their promises. I used to be a maintenance man for some apartments, whenever you have COCKROACHES in the baseboard and wall, it is infested ROACHES. When in business you have soft systems, that simple stuff like everybody that work there is on 1 accord. When we check in Shawn tells me that whenever I want to take the trolley come get daily passes. So the next day i go down to get trolley passes they going to tell me, it only if you are going to certain parks. Roach infested and Horrible service.
