  Anabel at check-in was super friendly, helpful, and sweet. We were able to check in a bit early and she explained the amenities and everything important. The hotel is really nice, comfortable, clean, and had spacious rooms. Much bigger than typical hotel rooms.

  We went to Orlando to visit Universal Studios amusement parks and spent four nights. Our stay was wonderful. Hotel grounds were well lit, clean and felt safe. The location was excellent with access to the amusement park, shopping and restaurants. Front desk, maids, breakfast staff, restaurant bartender and the on site store worker were all pleasant and helpful. I would consider this a perfect location for someone going to Universal and not wanting to spend a ton of money. ***** We did have a problem with the bus (not a Holiday Inn problem) to the amusement park missing us at the hotel. **** It worked out for the best as we were able to arrive at Universal on our schedule and depart the park after dark.

  Located in front of an adventure park at a walkable distance from many food outlets and walgreens.around 20 minutes drive to airport. 30 min walk to orange county convention centre. Lot of vegetarian options at the restaurant huge rooms with coffee machine and hair dryer. Water bottles not providedand water dispensing machine non functional at the floor.

  Stayed here during our Orlando trip and honestly had a good experience. It’s right across from the Orlando Eye, so the location is really convenient with plenty to do nearby. The staff were nice and helpful, and the room was clean which made the stay comfortable. It’s also pretty close to Universal and not too far from Disney, so getting around was easy. I’d stay here again and would recommend it if you’re visiting Orlando.

  Keurig 3 sterren hotel tegenover Icon Park. Ontbijt tegen een nette prijs, maar je mag niet zelf opscheppen. Het is een beetje een rommeltje als het druk is. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon, koffiemachine en koelkast. Ik miste alleen een kluis. Het is redelijk stil, masr je hoort wel mensen op de gang en buiten als ze luid zijn. Het zwembad kan hier en daar wel wat aandacht gebruiken. De stoelen bij het zwembad kunnen wel vernieuwd worden. Als je een centrale ligging zoekt en graag in een wat drukker gedeelte van Orlando verblijft, dan is dit een top keuze. Je krijgt veel waar voor je geld.
