  I had such a wonderful experience checking in at the Holiday Inn. The representative Johann  at the front desk was absolutely exceptional! From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a genuine smile and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He even called me by name, which made the experience feel so much more personal. He went above and beyond to help me arrange parking for my week-long stay and made sure everything was clearly explained and taken care of. You can truly tell that he enjoys his job and takes pride in making guests feel welcome. Excellent customer service like this makes such a difference, especially after traveling. Holiday Inn is very fortunate to have someone who represents their hotel so well. Thank you for making my check-in such a pleasant experience!

  My wife and I were guests at your hotel on July 22, 2026. I feel it is important to share an incident we experienced during our stay, as it raised significant concerns regarding the safety and security of your guests. We were issued room keys to a room that was already occupied. This type of error has the potential to result in serious harm, depending on the circumstances surrounding how and when someone enters an occupied room. The incident was extremely unsettling for both my wife and me. My wife was particularly shaken by what happened and had difficulty sleeping that night. It took a great deal of reassurance and convincing for her to remain at your hotel rather than leave and find accommodations elsewhere. While we understand that mistakes can happen, this is a serious safety and security issue that should never occur. We hope this incident is taken seriously and that appropriate measures are implemented to prevent it from happening to future guests. Attempts to lodge complaints with the front office were futile. Despite bringing my concerns to their attention, I felt that they were not taken seriously and that there was little effort to address or resolve the issues during my stay.

  We booked a day room with 2 beds because we were traveling with 4 people and waiting on a delayed flight. We checked in at our assigned time with no issues, but when we got to the room, it was only a king bed. After going back down to the front desk- we waited almost 30 mins to talk to someone because of the long line. They said we would have to wait over an hour for a room with 2 beds. The reservation was only for 4 hours to begin with! The room was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable. I don’t think the AC was working in the lobby whatsoever. The shuttle driver was great though. We definitely will be looking elsewhere next time we come back to Orlando. There are plenty of better airport hotels in the area. I would not recommend staying here!

  Estuve hospedado tres días en este hotel por una convención. Quiero destacar que el servicio de catering fue muy bueno: los coffee breaks estuvieron siempre bien atendidos, con café, té, dulces, limonadas y agua disponibles. Ricardo, en la barra, brindó un servicio extraordinario, al igual que su compañero, y la señora Miriam fue muy amable durante la clausura. Sin embargo, mi experiencia con el hospedaje fue muy diferente. Encontré dos cucarachas enormes en mi habitación y, aunque lo reporté inmediatamente y solicité un cambio, nunca pudieron reubicarme. Me ofrecieron vouchers para desayunos como compensación, pero no necesitaba desayunos gratis; necesitaba una habitación limpia y libre de plagas. El personal de recepción nunca me trató mal, pero considero que faltó diligencia para resolver una situación de higiene tan seria. Terminé los tres días durmiendo en la misma habitación con el problema sin solucionar. Además, el aire acondicionado del salón de la convención no era suficiente para la cantidad de personas y los pasillos de las habitaciones eran bastante calurosos, aunque el aire acondicionado de mi habitación funcionaba muy bien. Reconozco el excelente servicio del personal de catering, pero lamentablemente, por la situación de la habitación y la falta de una solución efectiva, no me llevo una buena experiencia del hotel.

  Terrible customer service without a doubt the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I originally made a reservation but later needed to add an extra day because I was arriving earlier than expected. I was told that the only way to do this was to make a separate reservation, which I did without any issues. The next day, I was sent to the front desk, where I was greeted by Johann. He asked why I was still checked in, so I explained that I had two separate reservations because I was instructed to book them that way. Instead of offering assistance or explaining the process professionally, he responded, “Well, common sense would tell you that you have to check out and then recheck in.” I found this comment to be rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. As a guest, I followed the instructions that were given to me by the hotel. If there was an additional step required, it should have been communicated clearly rather than assuming I should have known. No customer deserves to be spoken to in a condescending manner for following the directions they were given. Customer service should be about helping guests, not making them feel embarrassed or disrespected. This interaction left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses the way guests are treated.
