I have yet to get to the hotel. Our flight was delayed, so we have sat at an airport all day. We are tired and it is almost midnight. We arrived at the airport at 10:35 pm. We called ahead about the “courtesy shuttle” and were told level 1 and a description of the vehicle. They did not tell us what parking number. I all out and didn’t see their vehicle so headed all the way to the other side just to find out it is where we started. The shuttle was supposed to already be here and is not. I will be charged for a room I will not arrive to until after midnight. I am highly disappointed. Communication needs to be better and shuttles should be ready. Never again.

Great hotel conveniently located next to the airport. Rooms were clean and had plenty of amenities (Keurig, iron, blowdryer, fridge, nice TV with lots of channels). Our checkin process with Johann was exceptional as we had a weird schedule getting off the cruise ship early on the day of arrival to the hotel and a later flight the next day, for which they were flexible with us on checkin/checkout times due to us having a membership account which was immensely appreciated by my family and I (obviously this is dependent upon their bookings and room schedules and may vary for others staying here) but the customer service was exceptional. We also at multiple points requested additional towels and toilet paper, and room service promptly delivered them. The kids and I loved playing the small arcade and generous claw machines, and absolutely loved swimming in the pool which has a shallow end for kids and a deep end for more advanced swimmers. Towels readily available at the pool, nice sun chairs to lounge in with umbrellas to shade you from the sun. They also had a nice inside gym to get some exercise in, and a nice campfire area outside by the pool. They have a full cafe with food served downstairs in the lobby, but also offered us a room service breakfast brought right to our room for a reasonable cost, which we enjoyed. Optionally you can also cross the street to enjoy breakfast or other meals at Denny’s Diner. There is also a convenience store just across the street that had fun souvenirs, disney items, and the standard treats, chips, drinks, etc. Lastly they offer a shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport which is very convenient for those flying off their stay. Overall a great experience at this hotel, would recommend and come to stay again.

Old and needs renovation badly. Only chose this hotel because it has an early pick up for the go port cruise shuttle and walkable to restaurants. The exposed duct work that is painted black in the lobby is not very welcoming…you can tell they’ve cut corners as soon as you walk in. The air conditioning was not working in the lobby so it was quite warm while checking in. The hallways are dimly lit. The musty smell of the room hits you like a punch in the face. It smelled like they were trying to cover the musty smell with an over powering air freshener. My allergies were triggered and it caused me to have a headache while in the room. The carpeting felt slightly damp. Overall just a disgusting, unpleasant stay. Couldn’t wait to check out.

I ONLY chose this hotel for location to USCIS. It is dated, the check in clerk did NOT tell me I needed to pay for parking even though I was staying at the hotel and a ticket was on my car the next day. The A/C unit was extremely noisy the hotel has an odor and is dated. I went down to order dinner to take to my room the order was incomplete, I called down to the desk to ask to speak to the restaurant and was told they had no phone in the restaurant. I had to go back down and wait and then was told there was no dessert and that's why it wasn't in my bag. I asked why didn't you tell me when I ordered? 'I forgot.' He didn't offer to take if off the bill he reached into the display case and handed me a packaged brownie. OMG! And the IHG desk has refused to respond or froward my complaint to the Drift restaurant. They have chosen not to respond at all. Location isn't everything there are MUCH better hotel and restaurant options in this area.

We stayed here on December 18th for one night before an early morning departure to Mexico. This was our second visit and our first experience a year prior was genuinely five stars, which made this stay all the more disappointing.
Check in felt off from the start. The representative seemed uncertain and asked for information that was sitting right in front of him. When we handed over a drivers license and credit card the first question was our name. We mentioned we would appreciate an upgrade if available and he assured us he had already taken care of it, placing us on a high floor away from the elevators.
When we got off the elevator we were literally two doors from the elevator bank, directly contradicting what we had just been told. The room itself was a standard room with no evidence of an upgrade and was in clear need of a remodel. It felt nothing like what we experienced on our first visit.
We made our way to the bar for a drink and some food and that is when everything clicked into place. The person who had checked us in was actually the bartender, clearly covering the front desk out of his element. That explained everything and honestly we felt for him. Drinks were good though on the pricier side which is expected near a major airport.
We want to be fair because one off night does not erase a strong first impression. But between the room condition and the check in experience we made the decision on our return trip to try the Even Hotel just down the road and we are so glad we did. Check out that review as well.
We would not return to this property and would steer fellow travelers toward the Even Hotel nearby instead.
