  The location is great, and they offer a shuttle to the theme parks, which is a nice convenience. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. There is a notice in the room stating that housekeeping provides service every other day. On the second day, housekeeping came in, took all of our used towels, and left without replacing them. I had to go downstairs to the front desk just to get clean towels. I explained what had happened, and the staff didn't seem concerned at all. Another major issue is the elevator. It's very small, incredibly slow, and almost always packed, so getting up or down can take a long time. The very next day, the exact same thing happened again—housekeeping removed our towels and left us with none. I then spent over an hour trying to reach the front desk by phone. Three separate times I was on hold for about 10 minutes before the call disconnected. On another attempt, someone answered, I could hear employees talking in the background, and then they placed me on hold. I've now been sitting on hold for over 30 minutes while writing this review. The location is the only reason I'm giving this hotel more than one star. Customer service and housekeeping need major improvements.

  In less than 24 hours a bottle of orange juice increased by $1… just prior to this I found it interesting that the front desk lady was having difficulties finding the item on the screen while also answering questions from another guest then charging a different amount. I showed her what I paid the day before… was told that she only charges what she sees on the list. Shady! and inexcusable!!!

  Very clean room with cool air. Includes mini fridge and microwave and keurig coffee maker. Comfortable beds! Also a safe for your valuables. Complimentary breakfast,game room, little store, fitness center, outdoor pool. Do have a parking fee.

  A complete 180 degree turn from the other Holiday Inn Express and Suites we stayed at. Great location, quiet, accommodating for early check in and late checkout. We wished we had stayed here for the entire weekend celebration. This has definitely become our Holiday Inn of choice for the Orlando area.

  If you wanna spend an extra $40 in hidden fees because they hide parking charges until you get there, have an ac that cant cool the room off, or a shower head that staff cant bother to clean, this is the perfect place! the lady up front was nice. Don't let the low price fool you, they are gonna get their money one way or another.
