  My husband and I recently went on vacation to Orlando and stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel. The room was spotless, just like the lobby and bathrooms. The housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to Orlando!

  Great stay this time. Staying for a day to pick up my son as he is arriving back from Puerto Rico with his girlfriend and due to weather his flight was delayed. Went down to the front desk and was greeted by Nicole and she was a pleasure to deal with. She extended my check out time until 2pm. No other reps have done this for us as we’ve stayed here quite a few times. Nicole is a treasure for this hotel and made what could have been a not so great experience for us into a fabulous experience. Kudos to Nicole what an asset to this hotel!

  Exceptional visit. Rooms were clean, lovely friendly staff. Good value for money, much better experience than past 3 star hotels. Gym was equipped with towels nicely. Rooms were spacious. They were happy to provide toiletries when required. Would have preferred a few more weight machines in the gym, otherwise really good Tasty breakfast. Great shuttle services

  ⭐ 1 Star – Disappointing Experience & Unexpected Charges Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The level of service was not what I expected, but what bothered me most was the lack of transparency regarding the pricing. I booked my stay based on the price presented to me, only to find out after the reservation was already booked and non-refundable that I would also have to pay an additional fee for parking. Had that cost been clearly disclosed upfront, it would have factored into my decision about whether to stay here at all. I understand that hotels charge for parking, especially in certain areas. My issue isn’t necessarily the fee it’s discovering the additional cost after I was already committed to a reservation I couldn’t cancel. That felt deceptive and left a very poor impression. Between the disappointing service and unexpected additional charges, I can’t recommend this hotel based on my experience. Businesses should be transparent about the true cost of a stay before a customer commits not afterward. ⭐ 1/5
