  We stayed at the HIG for one night on 8/15. We reserved 2 rooms- but when we arrived we were told one of the rooms was not ready. When we came back later that night we asked if the room was ready and we were told there was only one room reserved for us. We had to wait about 30 minutes for them to find a room. They removed the belongings of a guest they claimed had checked out that morning and gave the room to us. At 1:30 in the morning that guest was knocking on our door claiming he was staying in the room that was given to us. We called the front desk to let them know what was going on,but no one answered. When we checked out we told the lady at the front desk what had happened and she claimed the guest was drunk. My husband also heard the same employee yell at a guest that she couldn't understand what he was saying and that he needed to speak English. The employee that was there has glasses, middle aged and with spiky grey hair. Overall, the staff is very rude and unprofessional. Horrible, Horrible experience. Not even the location made up for the stay.

  Great choice when staying in Orlando, especially with kids. The complimentary breakfast is awesome. Staff was great, Rosa particularly! Came with a group of 20 kids. Will definitely book here again.

  I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this hotel. My experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. During my stay, my room was affected by a water flooding incident inside the hotel. Management acknowledged the situation at the time and assured me that I would receive a refund and that they would make things right. Those promises were never kept. I was never moved to another room, never provided with proper assistance, and never received the customer service I expected. After the incident, management denied responsibility and failed to honor what they had promised. Thankfully, I documented the incident with photographs, which clearly show what occurred. The photos speak for themselves. What upset me the most wasn’t just the flooding—it was the lack of accountability, the broken promises, and with the mold

  My Dad tried to book a three night hotel for my Dad and myself on my Dad's birthday. I live with both of my parents along with three cats. My Mom planned on staying home taking care of the cats. When my Dad was booking reservations, it only made reservations with both of my parents instead of me and my Dad. My Dad couldn't get his refund from the deal resulting me to be scammed out of this trip and I will have to take care of three cats at home all by myself. I do not like services that discriminate me out of this vacation!

  Las habitaciones normales, limpias. Lo que puedo destacar del hotel es el servicio, el personal del frontdesk siempre amables y atentos a las solicitudes, las resolvían de inmediato y de muy buen trato. Lo que no me gustó el desayuno, exactamente lo mismo todos los días, con 9 noches de hospedaje si me fastidió. Pero ps igual de calidad.
