it is very close to universal and other touristy parts of orlando, its clean and comfortable, bed is nice. the only thing that effected our stay, which may not be all the time ,was it was very loud. our room was on the first floor but the rooms are not sound proof, there was music being played outside by the pool , and we noticed it when we got back from hhn at 2:30am and it was still playing by the time we fell asleep at 3am and i woke up at 8am due to some other noise and the music was still playing. then soon after, the drilling started , loud constant drilling went on from about 9/10am to about 12pm , it seemed to be in the room directly above us, i understand if work needs to be done however maybe not so early when people are still possibly sleeping or trying to have a relaxing morning on vacation. or maybe they shouldn’t book the room directly under the scheduled construction .

I had a really great experience at this hotel I especially want to mention Manel the manager. She was very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. She really listens to you and does her best to solve any problem you have always with a smile You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests the whole team was very nice and welcoming Everyone was friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable during my stay I would definitely come back 10/10
