    We had a wonderful experience thanks to Fadwa. She provided outstanding customer service from the moment we arrived. Even though we were early, she went above and beyond to make sure we could check in early and relax after our long flight. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a big difference. My boys were especially appreciative of her service and warm welcome. Thank you, Fadwa, for making our stay start off so smoothly and comfortably

    Es perfecta su localización. La habitación estaba impecable. Tiene nevera y microwave. Es perfecto para cruceristas. El desayuno espectacular y todo muy bueno. El tartas fue excelente. Tiene cerca restaurantes muy buenos y también kids friendly.

    Landed at 10 pm and spent one night waiting for my next flight. I messaged for shuttle pickup and Juvena replied quickly with confirmation and name of driver (Chris). Her messages were so kind and specific. Chris was great and Juvena checked me in with such professionalism and kindness. People can really make a difference in life, and I cannot say enough about how pleasant this was. The hotel itself was very good (just slightly worn in some ways) and the bed/pillows made sleeping a dream! Breakfast was very well presented, clean with good offerings. I have stayed at many hotels in Florida over the last 6 years, usually high-end hotels, but this was at the top for service, cleanliness, sleep quality, shuttle service, etc. My sincerest thanks to the management and their teams, as everyone was wonderful. But I'll give the highest marks to Chris and especially Juvena!
