  I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express MCO. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Juvena, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She made my stay even better. Highly recommended!

  The hotel itself was fantastic. The staff in person was friendly and kind, HOWEVER.. the customer service line is disgraceful and they keep your security deposit and lie. I stayed on August 8th. I checked in around 3:30pm and was out of there before 6:30am. I was told upon check in that they would need a card to keep on file for a $50 deposit that would be released after 5-7 business days. It’s now been 9 days and there is still a hold on my card. The first time I spoke with someone they said they would release the funds and I should receive it in 24-48 hours. Now here we are past that. When I call they said it’s been released I have to call my bank. My bank says there’s nothing they can do about it. The hotel has to send them a fax with all my information. The hotel requested that information from me just to call me back hours later saying “the card we have on file is not the same one you provided to us” well if that’s that case why is it showing up on my bank account. Why is it that I have no other cards with the digits they’re providing. Idk if it’s their system that they claim it’s not or they truly lack intelligence, but this is beyond frustrating. Not to mention the ONLY reason I stayed there was to make an easy trip to the airport the next morning because I’m 9 months pregnant and had to go see my father who had a stroke. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are affected by today’s economic struggle. If you’re rich and don’t care to throw money away this is the hotel for you!

  Very disappointed with over all services, only one shuttle bus is running between multiple Hotels to airport. Front desk had only one person who is always busy with people checkin and out, so he or she has no time to answer phones if they do so they puts call on hold till they finish checking in people who is arriving at the front desk and my phone call was still on hold it is a management who doesn’t have enough people at the front desk when it’s a busy time for check-in and check out. And one of the most disappointing experience is the shuttle bus, waiting at the airport was over one hour because of only one shuttle and bus driver has to pick up and drop off multiple hotels Guests not a driver’s fault. Even the worst part was one family who were staying at this hotel, before I come to pick up my delivered package that family was sneaking on the items which delivered through DoorDash, in the lobby and they took Stuff from my delivery, when I talk to front desk about it those family members found out that they were going to be in trouble they came to front desk while I was taking with manager without asking that drama family members came to front desk saying ohh some random person told us you can take it from delivery so we took it but it was our mistake so here you go and put things on front desk which they stole from my delivery. Watch out for that.

  Great friendly staff, the front desk was awesome and didn’t hesitate to bring us toiletries in the middle of the night. The pool was nice and refreshing and breakfast was hot and delicious. Would stay here again!

  I booked this hotel since I thought it was near all the businesses on Semoran Blvd. IT IS NOT. I thought I'd take a nice walk to go and get some food. Walking to the "nearby" businesses is over 40 minutes away on maybe the most treacherous road I've ever seen. The hotel is completely land locked by highways and roads where all the cars drive 70mph (the speed limit is 35mph, but it's completely ignored). The hotel shuttle only offers drop offs and pick ups at the airport. So, if you stay here, and you don't want to eat gas station food, plan $40 to Uber for each meal ($20 there, and $20 back). I'm an IHG Platinum Elite Member, and I would never, ever stay at this hotel again. The rooms are great, and the shuttle to the airport is just okay (the driver seemed annoyed that he had to pick me up). But, if you are staying for more than 12 hours, book a hotel closer to Semoran Blvd. The bright spot was the young lady at the front desk who checked me in. She was super friendly and did a great job. I wish that I remembered her name, but unfortunately I don't. She told me that she normally works nights.
