El servicio fue excelente. Todo estaba limpio. Pude disfrutar del desayuno y los felicito por su organización y delicioso sabor de los productos. Sin duda volveré a alojarme en este sitio. Gracias a su manager Bismarck por su excelente trabajo.

There was a colony of fire ants near the hotel’s main entrance, creating a serious safety concern for guests. I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk attendant and explained that a guest, particularly a child or someone with an allergy, could be bitten or experience a severe reaction. The attendant responded that she liked animals and would not exterminate the ants. This response was inappropriate and concerning because fire ants are dangerous pests, not harmless animals, and the hotel has a responsibility to maintain a safe environment for its guests. In addition to the fire-ant problem, our room was not properly cleaned before or during our stay. The overall condition of the room did not meet reasonable standards for cleanliness and comfort. The advertised continental breakfast was also extremely disappointing and inadequate. The selection was very limited and did not resemble a proper continental breakfast. Overall, the safety concerns, poor room cleanliness, inadequate breakfast, and dismissive response from the front desk attendant made our stay unacceptable.

The room service lady literally silently knocked at 8:40am, had i just woke up luckily 5 mins beforehand. She knocked for not even 10 seconds and immediately resorted to opening the door. She’s trying to push in the door while the lock is over it. She states “do u need any towels?” I’m sorry? It’s 8:40am, NO we don’t need towels first of all and second of all you don’t barge into someone’s room like that. I could’ve been naked. Will never return to this place. That’s ridiculous. Learn to SPEAK when housekeeping it at the door and wait a little longer for someone to come open it rather than using your key and just walking right in!! I saw another review similar to my situation so this isn’t the first. It’s also extremely loud all throughout the night so don’t sleep here if you want a good nights sleep. Breakfast will never be refilled. It literally seems like nobody actually does their job there. We were down there around 9am and almost everything was empty. Staff wasn’t nice either. Just take your money elsewhere.
