Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the room had everything we needed, and we appreciated how clean and organized everything was. The hotel itself was also well kept, and the common areas and cafeteria were clean and pleasant. After a long day, it was nice to come back to a room where we could relax and feel comfortable. What made our stay especially memorable, though, was the staff. Jennifer, the manager, is absolutely amazing. She is kind, polite, professional, and truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. You can tell that she takes pride in the hotel and truly cares about the people staying there. I would also like to give special recognition to Vanessa, who works in the cafeteria and takes care of the tables and dining area. She is always working hard, keeping everything clean, while still finding the time to smile, greet guests, and say goodbye. Even though she works behind the scenes and may not receive tips or much recognition, guests definitely notice her kindness and hard work. Overall, we had a very positive experience at Holiday Inn. A clean and comfortable room is important, but wonderful employees are what really make a hotel feel welcoming. Jennifer and Vanessa helped make our stay special, and we would happily stay here again. ❤️ Thank you for a wonderful stay!
