I had the Suite but no one mentioned that it overlooks the pool, and so all night long the giant bucket of water empties every minute...sure, kids love it but me not souch when I am trying to get a good night's sleep! Hardly what I would call "white noise"...lol, will not stay here again.

Camas cómodas con sábanas que huelen frescas. Almohadas buenas. Habitación-apartamento con cocina equipada (microondas, lavadora de platos, estufa, nevera grande, utensilios para cocinar y comer),toallas de mano, mesa para cuatro personas, mini-sala con sofa, closet con ganchos de ropa, plancha y tabla de planchar. Desayuno completo incluido (huevos, bacon, salchicha, papas, pan, pancakes, fruta, yogur, té, café, leche/con chocolate, jugos, cereal caliente y frío, etc.,) tostadora y waflera. Muy bueno! Comedor en lobby cómodo y limpio. En verdad que todo excelente 👌. Me hicieron cambio de toallas y limpieza de cuarto a diario. Nota: Parking no incluido: $20 diarios.

I'm conducting bus shuttles to the convention center for vendors. Ms. Jennifer came out to me at the bus stop in the most professional way possible to ask me to move my buses so that the SeaWorld shuttles servicing her guests can stop in place that the guests can clearly see their shuttle to ensure that they're properly taken care off. She went inside grabbed a schedule to share with me so that we could work together and make sure everyone is happy. From our conversations, I could tell that her top priority is without a doubt the guests staying at her hotel. If she ensures that guests can see the park shuttle, I'm very confident that does the same to make staying at the hotel very pleasant.
