Bad breakfast, got a bunch of random charges on my card from here , had to cancel my card on vacation. Rip off!!! Don't stay here , biggest mistake you will ever make. Rude staff, and rude management . No point in even complaining, but I hope those reading this will hear my warning!!!

Great choice for a Universal trip! The free shuttle saved us a ton on parking, though keep in mind the last pickup is at 8:40 PM—you'll need a rideshare if you stay for the closing shows. The rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side, especially if you have large luggage, and you can occasionally hear hallway traffic. However, the beds were decent, the breakfast was a nice perk, and the location can't be beat. I’d recommend it for the convenience and value!
Stayed at this property in December and brought to the attention of the staff numerous issues we had while staying here. We were in room 509. Fast forward, we had to book last minute and make a quick trip because a friend of ours is terminally ill and has months left. As fate would have it, we were given 509, again. Only now, it's in worse condition. We brought it to the attention of the staff and were apologized to by the front desk staff (I don't know her name, but she's an angel and couldn't have been more compassionate).
After waiting for over an hour for a new room, I made a simple check in to see if there was an idea on when we could be moved to the new room. That infuriated the assistant manager and he said, "Funny, you came back to the hotel after you claim to have/had such a horrible experience in December?" Then called me a liar. When I tried to explain the reason for our travel and that we always try to give the benefit of the doubt and figured we'd give the property a second chance, he told us "if you don't like my property, get out." He told us we had to vacate his property.
At the front desk when we were checking out, the lady whom was super helpful was once again so kind and apologetic to us. This wasn't a joy trip for us, it was a place to stay while we came to see a dying friend. When we told her this, she just kept trying to help us in anyway possible. was moved. The assistant manager on the other hand, he laughed at us. There was no compensation, no compassion and no care. We gave the property a second chance because that's what you do when something isn't great on your first visit. However, not here. It led to absolutely humiliation and being treated in a way I've never experienced in a customer service setting. While some folks were traveling to visit Universal Studios, we were not. You never know what battle somebody is facing. The room was dirty, the TV never worked, both beds were broken and had zero support, the bathroom flooring was buckled and torn up, the lights flickered and the door was hard to get closed and latched. But none of that mattered. But how you treat your customers absolutely does. I stay at IHG properties all the time, but l've never experienced the treatment like we did at this property.
