  Excelente estadía fuimos en familia y la verdad nos fue increíble, habitaciones limpias, personal muy amable, desayuno variado, tiene estacionamiento gratuito, trasporte gratuito a los parques de Universal, lugar céntrico y estratégico, ambiente muy acogedor, totalmente recomendado

  This hotel is very close to Universal Studios Parks. A shuttle takes you to and from Universal Studios. The hotel is clean and has very friendly people. Oh yeah, the breakfasts are Grrrreat!

  Room was dirty, the hotel was dirty. Requested a different room on a higher floor not granted due to booking from a 3rd party. I wasnt able to cancel so I had to stay there for 2 days. The best thing was the breakfast. Never Again. Can someone please reimburse me my money?

  I had such an amazing time here I came to visit my friend and I had asked for an early check in and I was able to get it! Rosie was the front desk who checked me in and her customer service was absolutely phenomenal I’ll be staying every time I come to visit! I really liked that the pool was open late and opened early breakfast was delicious and they had a lot of pastries which I really enjoyed. The room itself was super clean and amazing I would definitely recommend.

  We stayed at the hotel for two nights while we were in town to visit Epic Universe. Overall, we had a great experience! The hotel was clean, and every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The elevators were fast, the rooms were quiet, and the parking was conveniently located right out front. Breakfast had a large variety of options and plenty of seating. The pool was especially nice on a hot day—it was heated and had plenty of tables with umbrellas, as well as towels available outside. We also used the complimentary shuttle to the theme park in the morning, which was very convenient. The only downsides were the long line to book a ride and the limited hours that the shuttle desk was open. The only other issue we experienced was the red ants all over the ground near the benches out front. We tried to sit there and watch the sunset, but unfortunately ended up getting bitten several times. That was definitely annoying and something we hope the hotel addresses. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again!
