  We got into Orlando at midnight and our Air B&B guy stopped responding earlier that day. So there we were sitting in front of the air B&B no response or information and tired.... so went into crisis management mode googled hotels and up popped holiday in express by IHG and Lamont (I hope I spelled his name right) picked up and was AMAZING at midnight SAVED US🙏❤️. I asked if I book online can we check in immediately? He said "come on down" like Bob Barker and we were the next contestants on the Price is Right! We get in he worked his magic and with in 15 mins we had a room 🙏❤️. We had amazing accommodations, comfy bed and a ton of space for the GCX convention at Universal. Breakfast looked amazing and the Staff was so friendly! Farah on check out was a dear. Absolutely would stay again without hesitation and thank you ALL again specially our late night superhero Lamont 🫡💙💛

  Wonderful getaway spot! The hotel was clean and quiet for a resort with kids. The drinks at the bar were good and tasty. I ordered a burger and fries at the bar, and I asked for medium well. It came out well done, but b/c I was hungry I ate it. Otherwise, I really enjoyed this place.

  I had a great stay! The room was very clean and smelled fresh, which made it feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The customer service was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Farah was phenomenal—friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. My son even kept reminding me to leave Farah and the hotel a great review because he was so impressed with the exceptional service. The location was perfect, with Walmart, several restaurants, and the basketball tournament we attended all just minutes away. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, including bacon, sausage patties, omelets, and more, making it a great way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with exceptional customer service!

  We had such a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn, and a big part of that was thanks to Farah. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and genuine care for guests made our stay so much more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who is so dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and Farah truly stands out. Thank you for making our stay memorable—we hope to see you again on our next visit!

  Normally, a Holiday Inn Express is what it is: a chain hotel backed by their legacy with a decent free breakfast. Across the country they all look the same. My room in Nebraska last month was identical to my room in Orlando this week. Every so often though, a staff member will elevate your Holiday Inn Express experience above the norm. Imagine my delight when not one, but two such staff members did just this at the Orlando - South Park location. Upon booking, I called in with a special request: Could I have extra linens in the room prior to arrival for the pull-out bed? I ask this often - travel will bring our group in at very late hours, and it's a pain to wait while they get them, then slog them up to the room. I spoke with Amy, who not only said yes, but offered to have the bed made for us upon arrival! When we checked in at 1am, Lamond noted my request and advised he had personally made the bed for us. A small thing, but such a blessing after a long drive. The next morning while checking out, Amy was back behind the counter. She recalled my name/room number/request, and followed up to ensure it was taken care of prior to our arrival. In a world where customer service seems to be falling to the wayside, it was a real treat to feel like I was not just a customer, but *her* customer. The hotel itself is modern and clean. The beds are comfy. The location is convenient. The breakfast is the standard Holiday Inn Express full breakfast, which is perfectly fine. But what set this stay apart was the service provided by Amy and Lamond. I hope their supervisor sees this and compliments them both on a job well done. They are true assets, and a great forward-face for the Holiday Inn Express brand.
