  Pros: Great customer service! Walking distance to EPIC New great looking hotel VERY soft water in the shower Great ice and water dispenser on each floor Cons: Thermostat will stop A.C. if there's no movement in the room which sucks when you're trying to sleep. We had friends bring us a fan which I would recommend if you need air movement to sleep. Bed was pretty uncomfortable. We saw a discarded Chick fil a fry on the floor Friday night to Sunday morning when we checked out lol. They also have EV charging but you have to pay for it as well as parking overnight. There are at least 6+ chargers J1772 is the one I tried.

  The room was super noisy. I had to go down to reception at gone 1am with a recording which the staff thought was the air conditioning being stuck on & sent a technician within 20 minutes. However, it’s an air system to keep the rooms fresh but it seems to me to be on far too high. Sleep was poor as a result. I played the recording to the staff when leaving & they also said it sounded like the air conditioning. They said they would tell the manager & that they would be in touch. Nobody has contacted me hence the review. Being a new Hotel there will be teething problems but alas they seem uninterested. However, the Hotel was well placed, squeaky clean & the staff were so so nice & helpful; alas let down by their management

  Just the location alone is a huge advantage and a huge steal. Its not too far from major theme parks and a night doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. There is a normal package and a package that includes breakfast and other things like the gym and pool (im pretty sure). We chose the normal package because we just needed somewhere to rest our heads and venture out during the day and it worked out great. The people at the front desk were very amicable AND forgiving 😅😅. Our check in time was around 4pm and we ended up checking in around 11pm which we were very apologetic about, but the staff was very understanding. Even during our stay we were talking about staying here again because the experience was very nice. Very modern decor and a lot of amenities to take advantage of like a coffee machine, clothes steamer, hair dryer, and a washer and dryer. When we brought our friends into the room for a bit they joked that we spent like $500 for the room because it looked so nice, but the price was like only around a $250 range for 2 nights. And Universal was a quick drive from there. 1,000% worth it and we look forward to visiting again!

  What a refreshing new hotel to the Orlando market! After years of staying on IDrive we tried this new hotel and boy were we lucky! We checked in early and there were rooms available and greeted by the charming Tristan. Our room was in the Even side of the hotel and you could tell it was new. Cosy rooms and comfy beds we were very happy. A beautiful terrace area outside with seating, fire pits and grills alongside a lovely pool area. We were also really impressed with the fitness centre with peloton bikes and great equipment! Great location to Epic universe and lovely amenities near by with 7Eleven, Publix, Chick-fil-a and a great bar, this hotel is a must if you are visiting a universal park in Orlando. I hope they get a shuttle service to the parks soon as it is a little difficult to navigate by foot or public transport - having to rely on Uber etc

  We had a wonderful stay at EVEN Hotel Orlando! The location is perfect, close to the theme parks and conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to get around Orlando. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very aesthetically pleasing. Everything felt clean, welcoming, and well maintained. The staff truly made our experience even better. Urvashi, our server, and Chef Nikhil were both incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious! A special thank you to Robert at the concierge/front desk for being so kind and accommodating. He was able to get us checked in early for only $30, which was extremely convenient and allowed us to start enjoying our stay right away. Overall, we had a great experience from the location and atmosphere to the food and exceptional customer service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Orlando area!
