  10/10 recommend for price, cleanliness, and being next to the airport. This building is brand new so it’s hard to complain but the only downside to this stay is parking at this location. Not nearly enough spots for all whether staying or having a guest pop by. During the day is hassle free but come the evening/late night be ready to make your own spot or park along the grass off the side road Lol

  Everything was excellent. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. This is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It is very close to the airport with a complementary shuttle. Highly recommend.

  I booked this hotel to stay in with my elderly parents and my small children as we were getting off our flight at 11:30pm. It ended up being midnight by the time we got to the airport. Then 1 am by the time we got to the hotel. Unfortunately our Uber driver drove us to the wrong EVEN hotel and since I had very exhausted people in my party, I asked if we could just switch to this other hotel- same company. That way we wouldn’t have to get back in the car with exhausted people- including people with health concerns and small children. The woman at this property assured me that if I called in the morning, since it wasn’t my fault, we could get our money back for this hotel. I called back in the morning and was told by the front desk manager that I needed to call Expedia to talk to them to get my money returned. Well she knew when I called them, they would need to get approval from her. I called Expedia and then they called her and her response was, “no. It’s not my fault. I won’t refund the money.” She could’ve just said, “Expedia will have to get the refund for you, but I’m the one who’d approve it and I’m not going to. So don’t waste your time on hold and going through a bunch of hoops when I know you’re still caring for your family.” I hope karma is as kind to her as she has been to me and my family.

  Thank you, EVEN! I unexpectedly had to stay due to a connecting flight in Orlando airport and came across this EVEN hotel (by IHG) for the first time. IHG is a well known brand globally, so I felt comfortable staying here. The hotel is only a year old. Everything is new. Rooms are spacious with exercise mats. Wellness seems prioritized with a good gym. Lemon and Lime water in reception. Free shuttles to the airport every 30 minutes. Friendly staff, and the manager Christian was efficient. I even got to meet the owners!

  I chose EVEN Hotel Orlando mainly because they offered a complimentary airport shuttle, but unfortunately, the shuttle experience was very disappointing. There were six of us waiting for the shuttle that day. After waiting for quite a while, the shuttle finally arrived, but it was already almost completely full and could only take one person from our group. Seriously? Six people had been waiting, and only one could get on. In the end, the rest of us had to take an Uber to the airport anyway. It was frustrating and a waste of time, especially since the free airport shuttle was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. The hotel itself was fine, but I really hope they improve the shuttle system or capacity so future guests don’t have the same experience.
