  Such a wonderful hotel with an incredible staff! Sam, who was working at the front of the bar/kitchen, was absolutely amazing and truly made our stay even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond with his outstanding service and even recommended some great places to visit around town. His kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

  I'm writing this as I lay in bed in my room. The room is nice/clean but my goodness I can hear EVERYTHING going on around me. Outside, next to me (both sides) across the hall, in the hall. If you're going to stay here bring some ear plugs or just go to one of the other spots just down the road.

  Newer hotel with really nice rooms. Very clean! I’m giving 3 stars ONLY because of the customer service. Very short and did not acknowledge me unless I said something. Basic conversations were very forced especially at check-in and checkout. I’ve never been treated that way as a rewards member of IHG.

  The stay here was for the 8 hours / 1 late overnight was just fine. When I checked in at midnight the lady stated you will be charged a deposit for incidentals + your room stay. Of course I said fine. When I noticed the 50.00 charge for incidentals never dropped off I called them to discuss it and then they proceeded to tell me that a pillow was missing - which if it was it is 100% on their staff. We even walked in & out with our own pillows and didn't even use theirs. This is some shady stuff and I would never return to a hotel like this. They never produced a bill showing this or contacted me about this. When you call them multiple times about the charge they just say an investigation has to take place by the general manager and that I have to keep calling back til he does the investigation. For real?! How shaddy is that! They just hope they can steal money from people and that they will just go away. Thank goodness for disputes considering this is fraud! DONT STAY AT A PLACE LIKE THIS. There are honest places to stay.

  I wish I could give this hotel 6 stars. This is my first time staying in an EVEN brand hotel and I will be looking for them wherever I go from now on. There’s so many nice details about our stay: - The room was truly clean - my hat is off to the cleaning staff. - All staff were kind and professional - The rooms have true blackout shades where the edges actually run inside a rail to block out light (see photos) - The clock has a dimmer switch where you can turn off the backlight completely (see photos) so the room can actually be fully dark when sleeping - The ventilation fan in the bathroom is powerful! You can actually hear it operating and it pulls moisture out of the bathroom quickly. It’s also on its own switch so you can have the fan running without the lights on. - The shower is made up of large solid panels with only a few caulk lines needed to fully seal the shower. This is amazing because it’s so much easier to keep clean and prevent mold growth. Most hotel showers with tile and grout never get cleaned enough and mold ends up growing in the grout lines. Not a problem here! - The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all quality products and in recyclable containers. I like that these are not the permanent, refillable containers because again in most hotels those never get cleaned and end up growing mold and bacteria. Not a problem here! - The shower water warms up quickly and the on/off valve is on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head. No more getting wet with cold water to turn the shower on! - The in-room workout area is a nice touch and the hotel gym has real, quality gym equipment such as free weights, peloton bikes, smith machine, and free motion dual-cable machine. - The restaurant in the hotel has gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options. I had the mozzarella chicken sandwich and it was tasty. Another person in my group needed gluten-free and diary-free. The restaurant staff was good about going through all their options and checking on ingredients to make sure it would work. My only complaint is the soundproofing in the rooms is lacking. You can hear people talking/walking in the halls and the occasional plane taking off. With earplugs this was mostly ameliorated, but something to consider. Overall, this is the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. There was clearly a lot of thought put into the room design and if you are about the clean-living life at all I highly recommend you stay here. Heck, I highly recommend everyone stays here. Keep up the good work!
