  Everyone was so very kind and helpful! They all were so so nice to me and my kids! Kathy was especially wonderful. She was so fast it was amazing! I thought we were going to miss our flight, but because of her speedy service, we made the flight! You are very lucky to have her as an employee! Thank you so much!!

  Loved my stay at the Even Hotel near the Orlando Airport. The breakfast was spot on I had the avocado toast, fruit every morning cause it was absolutely delicious! Kathy the server was very knowledgeable of the menu and was outstanding on attention to service. I will definitely be back.

  I was very excited to stay here because of the other reviews. It’s a nice property close to the airport but please DOUBLE check your charges before leaving the hotel. I only stayed one night and several days later I realized my card had been charged $100. I reached out to IHG customer service, to ask what the charge was for with full confidence it was a mistake and would be corrected. They opened a claim and told me to wait for the hotel to contact me in the next few days. That never happened. I reached back out to request an update as I had never heard from the hotel. Then the customer service agent tells me that the charge was for a missing item (a steamer) that I didn’t even know was in the room to begin with! I was shocked and asked them to validate again as I was sure I couldn’t have taken an item I didn’t even know was there. They said they would validate a reach back out. I waited a week to give them time. At this point it has been 3 weeks since my initial contact. They once again said the charge was for a missing item I didn’t even know was in the room. How do I prove I didn’t take an item I didn’t even know was in the hotel room? If the item was missing before I checked in, would I have even been able to prove it wasn’t there before I got there? Moral of the story. Next time I stay at an IHG property, I will make sure to ask for a printed copy of my receipt at checkout to ensure I deal with issues at that time, and possibly allow them to inspect my luggage and vehicle to confirm I do not have their property if necessary. Lesson learned.

  ***BEWARE*** Great location and new hotel so the rooms and property are very nice! Although you can hear a lot of traffic noise, even on the 4th floor. THEE WORST FRONT DESK STAFF I HAVE EVER INTERACTED WITH!! If you don't care about basic customer service and don't mind being treated like a nuisance, then this hotel is ideal for you!

  The front desk staff was great! Anthony was helpful and wayyyy nicer than the actual mgr Christian. Way more patient on trying to add my rewards number. Christian gave me an attitude and was not well spoken at all. Very incoherent. Not what i expect from a manager. I'm actually a platinum elite ambassador number. So I stay at IHG hotels as much as I can to stay brand loyal. The walls are thin. I think the housekeeping forget that they have a job and have committed hours and for some of us who travel for work, getting every minute of sleep possible is important what they do on purpose is if you have your do not disturb sign or already have a late check out, they get extremely rude, and they start knocking into the door on purpose and banging into the walls in the adjoining rooms while they're cleaning this comes with years of traveling experience, so that's the only problem I have with this hotel is housekeeping. Maybe they should be a little bit more sympathetic towards those of us who actually have to travel for work & like uninterrupted sleep. It's a shame their housekeeping does this on purpose to get the guests out so they can clean quicker. Some people are even on vacation trying to relax. It's unfair to them too.
