  Overall a good experience at the Crowne Plaza hotel. The location is ideal with plenty of food and bar options nearby! It is also convenient for the parks; being a 10 minute uber from most of them. All the staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. A special mention has to go to Araceli who was always so welcoming in the mornings for breakfast with a warm smile and enthusiasm for the day!

  Unexpected but absolutely amazing breakfast bar with lots of fresh fruit, food was constantly replenished when it started getting low. The highlight of the stsy starting our morning wuth Arcela, she had such positive energy genuinely greeted you, was attentive of you had a question or neefed something and quickly cleared dirty tables for next guests. We took advantage of swimming in pool in the evening it was very clean and well kept. Wonderful outdoor area to relax in. There was always clean towels which rarely happends anywhere.

  Don’t be fooled by the renovated lobby. Trashy building with a trashy crowd, whole floor stunk of weed with fast food wrappers littered all over the floor. Everything is wet and damp. No blanket on the bed just thick sheets. We had to cancel and end our vacation early because the humidity was so bad in the hotel room that my asthma was unbearable. Towels were basically tissue paper and were covered in someone else’s hair. Room has essentially zero lighting and you can just feel and tell the room hasn’t been properly cleaned in years.

  Pros: Location good. Rooms large. Cons: as soon as we checked in we were accosted by an employee trying to sell us a resort trip. We were standing there exhausted holding all our bags and trying to get away from a hard sales pitch. Then we get to our room and the sheets on the bed are damp. They gave us one new sheet from the front desk. The blanket on the bed is thin and flimsy and doesn't provide much warmth. We have a reservation at this hotel for next month as well but we will be canceling that and staying elsewhere.

  My experience at this hotel was amazing. My family had a wonderful time. The services were amazing and staff was so friendly and accommodating. We arrived late in the night with two separate group checking in at different times and John the manager ensure we weee well taken care of. Front desk staff is welcoming and friendly, Always greeting us and asking how was our stay. Arareli our server provided an outstanding services during our breakfast and staff. She was always engaged with us. She even knew what time we would come down for breakfast and ensure the kids and adults would eat before closing the breakfast area. We love our stay and can’t wait to visit again. Thank you to all the staff for providing a nice and welcoming stay for our families.
