  Crowne Plaza Orlando is conveniently located, but its position directly along the freeway means that rooms facing the highway can be noticeably noisy at night, which significantly affects the quality of rest. While the hotel offers all the expected amenities, the overall feel is dated. The renovations appear to have been done piecemeal over the years rather than as part of a cohesive vision, resulting in a jarring mix of design eras — seventies, eighties, and early two-thousands aesthetics coexisting without harmony or unity. The property lacks the polished, consistent identity one expects from the Crowne Plaza brand. A full, top-to-bottom renovation is long overdue. With the right investment and a unified design concept, this hotel has the potential to once again meet the standards that Crowne Plaza guests have come to expect.

  Want to say a big thank you for the delightful service from the valet team. CJ & Dominic (I believe) put us at ease when we inquired about a ride back home from an event. Derek took the actual call & even called back to confirm our location. He made it so pleasant. As well I was surprised by the cheerful greetings of the each front desk team members and even when I had a key issue it was handled with little stress by the supervisor. I had a chance to visit the pool -there is a warm/hot space pool which was a treat. Be aware it may have bits of debris as it is outdoors. The regular pool looked clean and felt refreshing. I was not able to enjoy much at the restaurant, as gluten free and vegetarian options are almost non existent. I appreciated the courtesy snack though & it came in handy when it was time to head to the airport. Thank you!

  Maria Contreras is the best. Coureous kind ans full of personality. She made myvday with her energy and on too if that she mAde my bed Military style which is what im use to. Perfect. I just need her to come back and tuck me in. Im very very satisfied with her service. She needs a RAISE A bonus or something. Thank Maria M 💓

  Was there a few weeks ago, not staying (will next time!) But at the property next door to pick up rental.... things were delayed, and a huge storm came in and started dumping. Crystal was working the front desk, and went out of her way to make space and take care of my kids and I. I greatly appreciate it! Crystal was amazingly professional and warm!

  I stayed there in January and had a solid experience. The location is very convenient, especially if you want quick access to downtown and I-4 without being right in the middle of downtown and the tourist areas. I didn’t have the greatest check-in process with the gentleman that was working the front desk, but the room was clean and comfortable, with a bed that made it easy to get a good night’s rest. A special Shoutout to the housekeeper Maria M. She was amazing throughout the stay. We had an issue early on with one of the fridges and she was lovely in how she resolved the situation. She really made a difference. The valet parking lot attendant was also very friendly and helpful, which added to the overall experience. Because of the service from staff like Maria, I would definitely consider staying here again.
