- RMRachel Miedema4 days ago5.0Fairly good hotel with a pretty central location in downtown Orlando. You are right next to a busy road, so if the sound of traffic bothers you, you may wanna go somewhere else. I don’t mind it at all. Room was good and spacious and clean. The hotel’s breakfast place was really good. Plenty of options, delicious food, and amazing service from a wonderful server named Siurika.

Bistro Bites - Maria was and excellent mixologist. Drinks were on fire. Service and staff at the Bistro were excellent. Food was amazing. Check in/Check out was seamless. Front desk staff was great. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping was on top of every detail. The property/grounds maintenance was very efficient and diligent to detail.

The guest rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, providing everyone with a great place to relax and recharge after busy conference days. The overall hotel experience was wonderful, and the staff consistently made us feel welcomed and valued. But without question, the absolute STAR OF THE SHOW was the Food & Beverage team! Siurika, Oscar, and Julio were phenomenal! I cannot say enough about the level of service, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality they provided. They didn't simply serve food and beverages—they became an integral part of making our event successful. They anticipated our needs, responded immediately, kept everything running seamlessly, and did it all with a smile and an incredible attitude. Their energy, teamwork, and willingness to go above and beyond were evident throughout our entire event. When you're hosting a conference, so many moving pieces have to come together, and having a Food & Beverage team like this makes all the difference. Siurika, Oscar, and Julio—THANK YOU! You were absolutely incredible, and your hard work did not go unnoticed. - JTJeff ThomasAug 11, 20265.0We stayed here for a Bryan Adams concert because it was close to the Kia center. We loved the big suite we were in. Great bed and shower. Lots of extra room in the living area. Crystal was great at check in. Murray was awesome. Valet and shuttle driver. Got us to and from the Kia Center quickly and safely. Dominick also a good dude at the valet. All the staff we encountered were good. The hotel was nice and clean, as was the pool. Will definitely stay here again for a show or sporting event.

Thank you girl!! Rooms were ice cold and comfy at night, had a lovely stay. Bathtub was kind of funky, but nice hot shower. Breakfast was delicious 10/10. Not rushed, very comfortable, my friend and I took our time. Very affordable. Thank the staff 1000 times. Great people! There was no point during my stay that I wasn't happy. No complaints. Shout out to these other wonderful people: Dominic, Derek, Murray, Oscar, and the lovely gentleman who was serving breakfast, I cannot remember his name, forgive me.
