Personally I’ve have mixed experiences with checking in seems like it depends on the person working if they will be helpful or not. IVO at the front desk is always helpful and willing to go an extra mile to help you enjoy your stay. Both times I encountered him he was respectful and very helpful. Because of his service is why I continue to visit this location.

It was our first time staying at a Best Western, and the experience was amazing. Luciana at the front desk was extremely thoughtful, welcomed us warmly, and helped us with everything we needed — she is an outstanding professional! We loved our experience in Orlando! The hotel has easy access to several attractions and is very well located. We will definitely stay there again!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I checked in Sunday night, checked out Monday morning, and came back Monday night after rechecking in. When I returned to my room, all of my belongings were gone.
I immediately went downstairs to speak with the front desk, and the employee had no idea what happened to my things. She checked two different rooms where they normally keep guests’ belongings and lost-and-found items. The only thing she found was a small white bag with some of my boyfriend’s belongings and ONE item from a pack of my undergarments, meaning the rest of my clothes and belongings were completely missing.
The front desk employee said she left a note for the manager. Later, around 9:45 PM, I called downstairs again and spoke with a supervisor who acted like he had no clue about the situation and continued asking me questions instead of providing answers. My boyfriend’s birthday bottle, waters, juices, and all of our personal belongings were gone.
At this point, I had already reported this issue between 9–10 PM the night before, yet hours later I was still being told to “wait while they figure it out.” I ended up sitting in the lobby in my pajamas frustrated and embarrassed while nobody seemed to take the situation seriously. They had no problem taking my money for the room, but somehow all of my belongings disappeared with no explanation.
I eventually left my contact information so they could continue “looking into it,” but I still have not received a single phone call or update. Today is May 13th, and my belongings have been “missing” since May 11th.
Very unprofessional experience and extremely disappointing customer service.

A Perfect Getaway!**
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western - Orlando Gateway Hotel, and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.
The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the hotel's fantastic amenities. With two luxurious hot tubs, I found the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. The hot tubs were well-maintained, clean, and offered a stunning view of the surrounding area. It was the ideal place to relax and soak in the tranquility.
In addition to the hot tubs, the hotel's pool was equally impressive. Spacious and inviting, it was perfect for a refreshing swim or lounging by the water with a good book. The pool area was surrounded by comfortable loungers and vibrant greenery, creating a serene oasis.
The rooms were beautifully appointed, providing all the comforts one could hope for. I appreciated the attention to detail and the modern decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently situated near local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Whether you’re looking for dining options or outdoor activities, everything is just a short drive away.
Overall, my stay at Best Western - Orlando Gateway Hotel exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a place that offers relaxation, comfort, and excellent service, I highly recommend this hotel. I can’t wait to return for another visit!

I have no complaints about the reception staff – they were helpful and professional. However, the room we were given was probably the worst possible option, with a view directly onto a hotel wall.
The floor felt sticky underfoot, the mini fridge was placed inside a cabinet that wouldn’t close properly, and the wardrobe was impractical. The bathroom ventilation was dirty and clearly not well maintained.
We left the “Do Not Disturb” sign on for the entire 3-day stay because, based on the condition of the room upon arrival, we didn’t expect cleaning during our stay to be any better.
The gym advertised on the website is very limited – it only has treadmills and bikes, while the rest of the equipment is either missing or in poor condition.
