  Un hôtel vraiment bien situé, l’hôtel est super propre , chaleureux. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses. L’agent d’accueil Jesus est très sympa agréable ils nous a bien accueilli et a fait en sorte qu’on se sentant bien avec mes sœurs c’était notre première fois à Orlando et une super expérience !

  This hotel is beautiful! Doesn't look like much on the outside, only 2 floors. But it was newly renovated and everything looks Amazing! Modern decor in rooms, no carpet, white shower stalls with glass doors, 2 shower nozzles, high end soaps. Lobby modern and chic. Pool area sparkling clean and refreshing! The service is top notch friendly and welcoming. Location is superb. We will def be back!

  Well, what do you know? B&B hotels were great very affordable and we stayed 10 days and we had no problems at all very professional staff ! Carolina The manager was very kind and helping us get our refund so we could leave early because of a family emergency. Also Jesus was friendly And helpfulthroughout our stay that we saw almost every day. We highly recommend to our friends and family to stay here when in Orlando, Florida.!!!😌 Do It’s kind of a rush job We did it I think it’s OK Perfect you’re welcome. Thanks again and we hope to see you in. I’m still typing.

  I have to give credit..this place is exactly like the photos. Modern, clean, and really well-designed. The ambiance and lighting make it feel way more upscale than expected, especially for the price. The front desk staff was also very friendly and welcoming. The only downside is the location—pulling in was a bit awkward (almost got rear-ended twice), so just be aware of that when arriving. That said, we live about an hour away and like to stay overnight before going to the parks every now and then, and this will definitely be our go-to spot from now on. Hopefully the prices stay this good!

  I almost didn't want to leave as good of a review as I really want to because I'm scared that when I do, it's going to always be booked up and I'll never be able to stay here again. 😂😂 But credit is due when credit is due... 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 Based on the price I had very little expectations (best way to travel so anything can be a bonus). 😊 STAFF: I never got to meet the GM Alexander however, I can tell he's doing a great job because I did get to meet and mainly deal/interact with Carolina. She's super attentive and even though she's super focused with a great sense of urgency (that any employer would be so lucky to have) as has a zillion things going on, she still has an uncanny empathy and and knows to stop what she's doing to make you feel fully heard. That's just work ethics that is hard to teach. Some people just are really good! FRONT DESK: -Ashley was always kind, handles herself very calmly on situations where I'd be stressed and that kept others calm (good luck in school! You're in the right field for Communications).😊 - Alex was just totally cool, friendly and professional. I kept locking my key(s) in my room all the time (like a dummy) and he was never bothered to help at all in fact, he had a swag that made me stop feeling badly about myself. So Bravo to him and a major "THANK YOU! 👏🏼👏🏼 THE ROOM: Everything was accurate and even better. 😊 Bed was super comfortable, a good amount of pillows and towels. I usually have to ask for more and there was no need although I feel like they would have been happy to help. The AC in the room was great. BATHROOM: Super clean... The water pressure and temperature were very impressive! Gets as cool or as hot as one needs/wishes for or can handle. 🥵🥶👍🏼👍🏼 Plenty of storage to unpack and feel at home. While there's a big space under the bed to hide it out away your suitcase so nothing feels cramped . 🧠 WHAT DIDN'T WORK (BUT IMMEDIATELY FIXED). My fridge was not working and within 30min they had a new one working and that was great (so efficient). My internet TV (YouTube, or apps) weren't connecting to the their new internet system but the channels did. They tried rebooting and did invest time to "try" to fix it immediately along with the fridge (efficiency to the max). Super minor. The Venezuelan gentleman and the Brazilian IT guy were ON IT and really good at their jobs 😊 FACILITIES: They have a great munchies/snack area in the front. The merchant, definitely knows their audience. 🤭 Ice machines throughout the entire premises with good filters so it didn't have that awful FL water taste. 🧊👍🏼 The pool was area was super great. It was a smoking 🚬 friendly hotel (which was great for me). In the outside areas where they're was enough space where it would not bother anyone who is sensitive to it. A win for everyone! LOCATION: Easy to find, enough parking and close to a huge CVS and and tons of restaurants and DQ right next door. I'd give it more than 5 Stars if I could. Felt super safe and all the guests seemed very pleased. Not one stressed person. Good vibes there. 😊 This will always be my new go to (if it's not fully booked after this review! 😂 🤞🏼🙊). Thank you, B&B Orlando! You guys have great enough model to open a chain (if you haven't already... Idk 🤷🏼‍♂️). But I'll support you guys anywhere I can. 🫶🏼 Tyler G.
