  Gostamos muito da hospedagem, em especial, da localização Que é privilegiada e muito próxima dos Outlets, Lojas como Ross, Dollar Tree, e dos parques da Universal. O quarto é amplo, Espaçoso, Possui microondas E um pequeno frigobar. Há bastante espaço para as malas, Mesa de escritório E a bancada do banheiro também é grande e espaçosa. O Hotel serve café da manhã tipicamente americano por 10 dólares para adultos e 6 dólares para crianças. Comemos uma vez e achamos OK. Em resumo, é uma excelente opção Para quem procura uma hospedagem bem localizada e econômica. A equipe é super atenciosa e há uma máquina de pipoca na entrada do hotel que é gratuita. O único ponto negativo é que às vezes a recepção fica vazia e você precisa ficar esperando alguns minutos até que alguém volte para te atender.

  Fiquei 15 dias neste hotel e recomendo demais, os quartos são amplos, não tem carpete, a limpeza inicia depois de 3 dias de estadia e você que solicitar na recepção, sempre que pedi fui muito bem atendida, por falar nisso o atendimento na recepção e os demais funcionários são bem atenciosos e gentis. Fiz um pedido no Walmart on-line e receberam meu item sem problemas, apenas uma vez pedi um item grande e recebi a notificação e uma foto que estava na porta no meu quarto, eu só ia chegar à noite, fiquei preocupada mas nada ocorreu, o item ainda estava lá kkkkk O hotel é perto dos parques (de Uber e ônibus) em frente tem um ponto de ônibus quem precisar, tem Walgreens há uns 5min de caminhada, andando mais uns 12min tem as outlets. Na recepção tem uma máquina de pipoca à vontade, café e perto da recepção tem um mini market. Piscina limpa, tem um cheiro bom o hotel e banheiro com box, não é cortina ainda bem! Quando voltar ficarei nele novamente, com certeza!

  Mi pareja y yo nos quedamos 3 noches en este hotel para poder ir a los parques cercanos. Sin duda alguna le doy 5 estrellas a este hotel. Estaba sumamente limpio, ordenado, olía rico, tenían popcorn gratis, el cuarto era muy bonito y fino para el bajo precio por el que pagamos. Además de todo esto, nuestra parte favorita fue el desayuno. Por menos de 10 dólares puedes sentarte en un espacio tranquilo, cómodo y limpio para desayunar todo lo que quieras. Tenían bakels, pan, salchichas, jugo, café, avena, huevo, yogurts, postres, frutas, avena y muchas otras cosas más. Todo estaba riquísimo. Además, la empleada del lugar, Melisa, fue sumamente amable con nosotros y nos hizo sentir muy en confianza y tranquilos. Lo recomiendo 100% y si vas al hotel pero no al desayuno, sin duda te perdiste la mejor parte.

  We had a fantastic stay at the B&B Hotel! The rooms are newly renovated, spacious, and very comfortable. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was super convenient, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which is definitely a must in Orlando. The location is unbeatable right on International Drive. We visited Universal Studios during our trip and didn’t even need a rental car. Getting around was super easy using Uber or the bus, which stops right in front of the hotel. What really made our stay top-notch was the staff. Carolina, the hotel manager at front desk, was absolutely amazing with us. Her problem-solving skills are impressive and that kind of hospitality really takes the whole experience to another level. Breakfast is $10 and offers a great variety to get you fully fueled before heading out to the parks. We will definitely be staying at B&B again on our next trip to Orlando. Huge thanks to the whole team!

  We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, and unfortunately, it wasn’t very clean, neither the hallways nor the room. Every day, there were dirty trash cans lying around in the hallways in several places. As for housekeeping, we had to ask for it several times, even though it’s included in the hotel rate. I know housekeeping is supposed to be done every three days, but it’s also possible to request it, which we did many times. Out of the seven nights, they only came twice. When we arrived in our room, we noticed sticky stains on the floor. We asked twice for them to be cleaned, and even the manager assured us it would be taken care of. The result: when we returned in the evening, the beds had been made and we were given clean towels, but the stains were still there on the floor. So apparently, they make the beds but they don’t clean the floor. We were offered a room change after our first request for cleaning, but we declined. We’re talking about stains on the floor, we weren’t going to repack all our bags and move just for that when a simple cleaning should have solved the problem. As compensation, we were offered a free breakfast, which we appreciated, but that doesn’t really make up for the fact that we spent our entire stay with a dirty floor and are still waiting for clean towels. Our room was also located across from the housekeeping staff’s break room. And here’s a bit of irony: the room wasn’t cleaned every day, but we certainly got to enjoy their morning conversations, so much so that they woke us up several times. Let’s move on to the front desk, which was just as bad as the housekeeping. One evening, I stopped by the front desk to ask about the washing machines. The person at the front desk was on their phone watching videos and didn’t even look up to answer me. I was met with “yes” responses without really being listened to. Finally, because yes, it’s not over yet, on our last night at the hotel, after four days without housekeeping, I stopped by the front desk to ask for clean towels. No phone this time, but two guests were arguing heatedly, using some pretty shocking language, and I didn’t feel safe at that moment. The employee on duty did nothing to handle the situation, and I left without any clean towels. I’d still like to point out that we tried to resolve the issue directly with the hotel, we made several requests for housekeeping, asked for towels, and spoke with the manager. So it’s not as if we left a negative review without giving the hotel a chance to fix the problems. In short, putting “newly renovated” in the listing is all well and good, but personally, I would have preferred “newly cleaned.”
