  This was a nice, clean, modern hotel that made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The room was bright and clean. Everything looked fresh and new. Everything in the room worked the way it was supposed to. It was nice having a mini fridge and the TV was big for a hotel and had lots of channels to choose from. Our room had a desk and a small sitting area. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, although there wasn't much shade. There were a few tables with umbrellas that offered a little shade by the pool and hot tub. There was a small fitness center and a restaurant in the hotel plus a snack area by the front desk where you could grab a bite to eat. The restaurant was pricey with a limited menu, but there were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The lobby was nice for sitting and relaxing where you could watch TV or play a game of cards and an area where you could work on your laptop. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We met the front desk staff, maintenance staff, and cleaning staff and they were all very friendly, taking time to carry on a bit of small talk and wish us a pleasant stay and letting us know that they were there to be of assistance if we needed anything. I was surprised that the cleaning staff had our room made up before we were done with breakfast. I actually didn't intend for them to clean up the room, so it was a nice surprise. The location of the hotel was convenient for us. We were meeting up with friends who were camping on NAS Jacksonville and it was just a few minutes from them. We ended up driving into St. Augustine for the day and it was just a 45 minute drive to the downtown area. This was a very enjoyable trip and I would definitely stay here again.

  This room has the potential to be 5 star. It has everything near by. An amazing restaurant downstairs. Yemine was fabulous at check in! I enjoyed her conversation after a long drive. Restaurant staff was phenomenal. Food is amazing. My issue is with being locked out the room EVERYDAY and having to have keys reset. Its frustrating you have to stop by desk every time you leave your room you paid good money for. The excuse is the same as system issues but doesn't help inconvenience! My suggestion if staying longer than a weekend to be prepared to be locked out your room and have to go back downstairs to have them reset it. With a kid. With bags. With whatever you have in your hand and then told it wont happen again yet it happen the very next day. Not a good experience. Yemine is a vibe. Restaurant staff a whole vibe. Food amazing. Yet I won't be staying at this hotel again visiting my sister...ps. maintenance team does amazing too and quick. Very professional and a vibe as well!!

  The hotel was clean, updated, comfortable. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Most of all, the staff were terrific. For us the location was important. We were 15 Min from Orange Park Medical Hospital. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Inconsistent water pressure and the WiFi is unreliable, but everything else about the hotel is excellent. Great location to get to the highway, but far enough that you don't hear the traffic. Rooms are very clean and surprisingly spacious for the price. The AC has an "always on" fan option which I love for sleeping. The restaurant downstairs has a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere; they mix excellent drinks and the food is actually restaurant quality, which some might not expect from a hotel. If Jason is on duty then you're in luck! He's one of the best bartenders I've met!
