  El personal es excelente el trato, el área de desayuno perfecto vianela súper chula y la chica de front desk Jessie súper buena atención The staff is excellent and the service is great; the breakfast area is perfect—Vianela is wonderful, and Jessie at the front desk provides excellent service.

  Fantastic hotel experience here at HIEx Ocala! The staff is incredible, especially the breakfast service provided by Ms Vivi. Zero negative experiences during our stay here. Highly recommend this location!

  Stayed here for the weekend on a couples trip, because there was a zip line/horseback riding place near by. Hotel rooms were clean and the bathroom was spacious with plenty of lighting. The water pressure for the shower was amazing! The free breakfast had plenty of options to include fruits, pastries, hard boiled eggs, and hot food like eggs, sausage and pancakes. Dinning area had plenty of seating options as well. The gym was up to date and clean. High tech computers on the first floor along with a printer. The pool seemed a bit small, but was clean and empty most of our trip. There is a laundry room on the first floor. The front desk staff were very friendly and check out was at 11am. Plenty of parking and the area seemed pretty safe. View from the hotel room was a construction site.
