  What I enjoyed most during my stay at the hotel was, without a doubt, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and were always willing to help with a smile. Their warm and professional service made my experience even more special. I would definitely stay here again.

  I had a fantastic stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was a perfect spot to relax. Definitely a great choice for a getaway!

  The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere and the staff is friendly, making check-in a breeze. However, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty during my stay, which was frustrating at times. Overall, a decent place to rest your head with some room for improvement.

  Very pleasantly surprised by this location. Friendly staff, clean, well appointed rooms. The 24h coffee is actually really good, as was the breakfast...fluffy eggs, pork and turkey sausages, fresh breads. Additional review...we ate dinner at The Crazy Cucumber about 5 minutes away. Excellent food and service. Only listing 4 stars because I don't read 5 star reviews. I highly recommend this site.

  Overall, the hotel is very good. The cleanliness was on point, and the breakfast was also good. The facilities met our expectations, and our stay was comfortable. However, I cannot give a five-star rating due to a very disappointing experience with the administrative staff. My wife accidentally left an Apple Watch at the hotel. We realized this after returning to Orlando and immediately called the hotel. They confirmed that the watch had been found. We kindly asked if they could ship it to us, and after several attempts to communicate, they agreed and requested that we provide a prepaid shipping label, which we promptly did. Unfortunately, four to five days later, the item has still not been shipped. Even more concerning, when my wife has called to follow up, she has been treated rudely and dismissively. The person who handled the situation, Sherry, the manager, was unprofessional and even hung up on her. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the hotel’s management. It is disappointing to have such a negative experience after an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope management takes this matter seriously and improves both their customer service and handling of guests’ belongings.
