  Great price, great service, my only issue was the room smelled musty seemed clean but the musty smell made it seem not so clean.

  Our experience was positive; from the easiness in booking online, until the direct communication with the hotel: check in in advance text feature turn into a great thing when I was able to make requests and the staff would reply back. The rooms are small but clean, the double beds do not seem like a queen size so we will request King size next time if possible. I love their pool, hot tub, small fire place and the family fun things to-do (corn hole and connect 4). Breakfast was pretty good although the eggs were a little cold and they biscuits didn't taste fresh. What was outstanding was the lady working there making sure everyone was satisfied and didn't need anything. She even went out of her way to help some customers carry their breakfast up to the lift. Now that's going the extra mile in my opinion. She was very sweet and friendly. The front desk attendant was very friendly and professional. One thing Best Western might need to make easier is how customers can tip the staff; maybe include it in the final charge instead of tipping separately by credit card? (They charge an extra fee for tipping and that's not convenient if you ask me) Overall, we had a good stay, the place is conveniently located by the I 75 ( the noise might not let you sleep very well) and it's close to a mall restaurants, and walking distance to cracker barrel!!. We became reward members so we'll definitely be coming back next time🥰 thank you Best Western staff!

  Hotel is pretty decent. Pool and hot tub relaxing. Breakfast was good. The over night front desk lady has a very rude nasty attitude. Not needed at all. I asked her a few questions. She was very short with me. When I told her attitude was uncalled for. She snapped her finger and said then leave. I will never go back again due to that.

  Hotel is clean. Room is clean. Conveniently located close to I-75, restaurants, and shopping. Bed and pillows are comfy, not rock hard. Breakfast includes waffles, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, boiled eggs, pastries, apple juice and orange juice, cereals, and coffee. I did not swim or hang out by the pool, but it looked clean when I walked by.

  To begin I first booked my reservation on booking.com and was unaware of a $100 deposit until I arrived. Before checking in they were already charging my card for $124….mind you the room came out to $138. I received an email that was saying I had to update my card within an hour or my room would be canceled. I had my card locked because why are you guys charging my card and i haven’t even arrived? I checked in at 4:00 which check in was after 3 anyway. After the woman at the desk told my husband the total was $238 he came out to get me since I told him a different price. I came to ask the woman how come it was $100 more and she had a bit of an attitude and said “I already told him it was a $100 deposit since you booked through a third party I’m not sure if it was on the site to explain a deposit”. After paying we get to the room and we see roaches on the wall and the floor. We checked the bed and see hair under the covers and stains on the sheets. After complaining that’s when the woman wants to act sincere and apologize but yes that’s the experience we had. We did get a better room but it was loud throughout the night since we were near the side door. AC was also loud through the night. The day we are leaving is when the toilet decides to get clogged up and doesn’t flush.
