Broke my Transmission!!!
I drove a VW Beetle with manual transmission and valet my car with First Class Parking at the Castle Hotel in Miami in June 2026. I made sure the valet personnel knows the car is manual transmission and they have somebody on staff who knows how to drive it. I was assured that it will be ok to leave my car with them. When they brought it back my transmission was wracked! The car wouldn't go in 2nd gear or reverse. A valet person didn't know that to put it in reverse you have to first push it down, so he just forced it. I barely made it two blocks, my friend had to come pick me up and we drove right back to the hotel valet. I was given manager's name and his phone number and after calling him for 3 days he finally called me back saying that they have nothing to do with it because they have a video of me driving off the premises in a working car. I was advised to file a complaint on their website if I wasn't satisfied with his "resolution", which I did. I found and reached out to the manager responsible for managing that business and I have never heard back from him! Just horrible!!! It cost $8K to replace a transmission! Never again will I trust my car to the valet services, especially this one!!!

I wanted to leave a review specifically for Antonio at First Class Parking because exceptional employees deserve to be recognized. Antonio has been a true asset to Riva Bay Harbor condos. He never stands around waiting to be told what to do. He takes initiative, notices when something needs attention, and always jumps in to help.
Employees like Antonio are rare, and his work ethic and attitude have made a huge difference for us!
First Class Parking should be very proud to have him on their team. He is the kind of employee every company hopes to find, and he deserves recognition for the outstanding job he does every day.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.
My vehicle was damaged while in their care, and instead of taking responsibility and working toward a solution, they have completely avoided accountability. I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue professionally, but the experience only became more frustrating.
What was even more disappointing was my interaction with one of the managers, Euleryucy. Rather than showing concern for the damage or trying to help, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. As a customer, I expected respect and at least a willingness to investigate what happened, but that was not the case.
When you trust a valet company with your vehicle, you expect them to take responsibility if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The damage has resulted in thousands of dollars in costs, and they have refused to accept any responsibility.
Management should seriously consider hiring more professional leaders who are focused on customer service and problem resolution rather than avoiding responsibility when problems arise.
I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience with the valet service. On May 31, I was instructed by an employee named Robert to switch lines, which resulted in several customers who arrived after me being served first. When I politely questioned the lack of organization, he responded by telling me to "park the cars myself" and later told me to "shut my mouth." Delays can happen, but there is no excuse for disrespectful and unprofessional treatment toward customers. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the level of customer service.
