  All the staff were incredibly kind, and the service at the front desk was excellent. The room was spacious and cleaned thoroughly every day. The hotel also has a large parking lot, laundry facilities, a gym, and a swimming pool. A generous breakfast was prepared every morning as well. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely love to stay here again!

  Older hotel but very clean much better than I expected for the price. Just outside of Eglin AFB and not too far from the beaches.

  Great place to stay. Rooms were perfectly clean, the whole building had a great fragrance and that is hard to come by with other hotels. The breakfast was very good to include that darn pancake maker... sure wish I had one of those at home. The staff was very welcoming and always smiling. Perfect location right behind Ruby Tuesdays restaurant and their food and service is great as well so that makes the hotel even more appealing.. You can see the water from your room on the south side...I know I stay here again if needed for this area. Best Western, YOU ROCK.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other travelers should know about our experience. We paid a premium price for this room after driving straight through the night to help my sister during a family crisis. We were completely exhausted and simply needed a clean, comfortable place to rest. Instead, we walked into a room that smelled strongly of urine and stale cigarette smoke. The room felt damp, the carpet was damp, and it was obvious it had not been cleaned properly. The smell and overall condition of the room were so bad that I couldn’t even sleep. I brought my concerns to the front desk, hoping they would offer another room or some type of solution. Instead, I was told, “It smells fine.” No room change, discount, apology, or any effort was made to address the situation. Having our concerns dismissed was just as disappointing as the condition of the room itself. I understand that hotels can occasionally have issues, but what matters is how those issues are handled. For the amount we paid, we expected a clean room and customer service that showed genuine concern. Instead, we were left feeling frustrated, exhausted, and completely let down. Sadly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had, and I cannot recommend staying here.
