  Wonderful experience! Definitely enjoyed our 5 night stay. Everything was so clean, calm area, breakfast was delicious and the staff was so nice. Definitely will be returning. I highly recommend this hotel it was great for our vacation and driving to Destin and Fort Walton was not that far.

  We had stopped here at a day of travel and the front desk receptionist Christine , was very professional and polite. I had booked two rooms one for my dad and one for my husband, myself , and my two pups 🐶. The front building of the hotel without pets is very clean and smells fresh. The back section or second building where those who have pets stay, has a very musky , mildew , lack of air circulation smell. So if you have breathing issues , I would not recommend staying at this location. We were only there for one night or I probably would not have been able to tolerate the smell. The room itself seemed clean , just has the smell. We were having an issue with our TV where the remote was not working So Christine came down and tried to help , as my husband wanted to watch the Knicks game. She was able to get it partly working but the sound you had to adjust by the tv, which was fine. However , a few minutes after she left , the remote would not adjust channels at all . So my husband called again to advise of the situation. At this point he was frustrated so just got up and shut it off. Then in the morning the TV randomly went on with neither of us near it or the remote. So not sure what the issue was.When we checked out we did bring up the issue with the man behind the counter pushing a baby stroller but he informed us that was not in his hands. He said he would let the manager know and that they would call us , but never did. So we called again and left another message and this time we received a phone call back from the manager. We did ask for some sort of compensation , since my husband missed the game but the manager stated that was not possible.

  I had to stay a night due to a canceled flight and Sherine was amazing from helping me over the phone to checking me in once I arrived. The room was clean & spacious, the air conditioning worked perfectly & cooled the room instantly once I turned it down. Only thing was it smelt occasionally like mildew. Either way I enjoyed the short stay and Troy made checking out a breeze. Also It was conveniently located next to a gas station that was easily accessible from the back of my building and a ruby Tuesday.

  Listen from start to end, the service was great. Soon as you walk in, you're hit with a pleasing smell. It smelled so clean. Not that chlorine smell but like someone just mopped. The front desk lady was a pleasure. She was nice and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and smelled amazing. Our view was right across the street from the water. We were like 15 min from downtown and 20 mins from Destin. You are by a lot of restaurants and gas stations. It's a perfect location. Please book here.
