  I love me a BW , but this one had an awful scent being blown, I have asthma and my eyes were burning, and everytime you step onto the elevator a different scent gets blown out. When we checked in the lady at the front desk was super nice. Later in the night someone tried to get into our room , they gave them a key and everything, my husband spoke to front desk, they apologized but then, a second family tried to get in, it was a little crazy.

  The AGM Akhil’s customer service literally went to Harvard. I decided to end my stay for personal reasons and was struggling to get an approval for my refund through Expedia. Throughout this nightmare Akhil was literally an angel. Took every one of my calls, went above and beyond to communicate with the third party, and even went to the extent to make the executive call himself and have the issue resolved. You don’t get a lot of good management from anywhere so I’m beyond grateful for his attentiveness and kindness throughout this whole process. I do want to give Ms. Stephanie at the front office a quick shout out too, she was very understanding, knowledgeable and kind despite my departure with the hotel. Definitely recommend this place for the friendliest and attentive staff they all have!

  We have been staying at this location for yrs now. Always great service. Good simple free breakfast with actual good coffee. The coffee in the rooms we avoid and grab the good stuff in the breakfast lounge.

  The place is ran by a skeleton crew. Rooms are not the cleanest and bathrooms are falling apart. Water flow is very weak and the breakfast is warm at best.

  Most importantly, the place is clean--the beds, the rooms, the hallways. If the price remains competitive, I'll stay here again, as I travel to Niceville frequently. Small dings are: the water is in desperate need of a softener to remove the harsh taste; the door leaks a lot of light, as does the window. And for the breakfast, it's about what you'd expect save one thing: the gravy for the biscuits is insanely salty--like, a kid pranked it with a full salt shaker. The help was nice and apologized but aren't in charge of the ordering.
