  This is the worst hotel in the world! They let their disgusting guests smoke cigarettes and marijuana in the rooms, so yours will stink and reek with a stench to the point where you can't even breathe. The rooms are gross, all the furniture is old, broken, and dusty; it needs remodeled like none other. The service absolutely sucks! They have no staff and make one guy work at the front desk 24/7, and he doesn't care to help anyone with anything at anytime. The house-keeping is more like harassment-keeping, they act like it's end of the world if you need time for a late check out. I put all of them in their place, but to the manager shame on you, for not doing your job and having me waste my time and money. The only good thing about this place is the view, but guess what even that you can't enjoy because almost all the time there are bugs all over the balcony and will come inside your rooms to infest. So have fun staying at this squalor. I feel sorry to who doesn't get the memo.

  The location and ocean view is great but that’s all that was good about the room. The room was outdated, the sheets are scratchy, the bed was hard and the tv remote was sticky. The front desk lady was rude and seemed annoyed that she had to do her job.

  Jay is simply the best! Very welcoming and accommodating at the front desk. Had an issue with my room and Jay got it fixed right away. He also gave me suggestions on where to dine and what to do in New Smyrna Beach. Lovely stay due to him.

  Hotel is kind of run down. Nothing special other than the view. Service was ok. Had to ask for our room to be cleaned because it wasn't cleaned on the first day. Hannah downstairs at reception was great but the other guy (don't know his name) was kind of rude. Parking lot had a dead rat. We were booking online and it was supposed to include breakfast but the reservation didn't go through. So we called reservations phone and they said they would match the price that we saw on super.com Next morning we were ready to go to our breakfast and it appears that they didn't include breakfast. That's $16 time 5 days. Misled us by saying that are matching the price. We called customer service and it was a waste of time. They didn't want to do anything about it. Bad customer experience.

  This place is OK, very pricey but old. They charge tenants a very high price because of location. They also surprised us with a steep daily parking charge even tho we were paying to stay there. It is located adjacent to the beach.
