Our stay at The Perry Hotel in Naples was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, every detail reflected outstanding hospitality and genuine care for the guests.
One person who truly made our experience unforgettable was John, who seamlessly wore the hats of concierge, doorman, and bellman. He greeted us with a warm smile every time we saw him, shared wonderful stories that made us feel right at home, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot-on, his service was impeccable, and his friendly personality turned every interaction into a highlight of our stay.
It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such authentic kindness, but John does exactly that. He is a tremendous asset to The Perry Hotel and embodies the very definition of exceptional customer service.
If you are looking for a beautiful hotel with a staff that truly cares about creating memorable experiences, The Perry Hotel in Naples is the place to stay. We cannot wait to return, and we look forward to seeing John again.

I had a wonderful stay at The Perry Hotel Naples! I was in town for a wedding and truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. They graciously extended my checkout time, which allowed me to attend church before traveling home with wedding flowers. That level of customer service made a lasting impression.
Although I didn't have time to fully explore the property, I loved the atmosphere and was excited to see that the hotel offers an upstairs brunch. I'll definitely make time to enjoy it on my next visit.
The only suggestion I have is to consider adding microwaves to the guest rooms. The mini refrigerator was convenient, but having a microwave would make it even easier to enjoy leftovers or a quick meal. If the hotel offers suites with a separate living room and bedroom, I'd love to book one next time.
Overall, I had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again. As I'm building my event planning business, I look forward to recommending The Perry Hotel Naples to my clients and returning for a relaxing personal getaway. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!
The 2nd floor had a microwave and the front desk warm up my food. They look to have water activity beyond the pool down the deck.

Highly recommend this especially to couples on a getaway! Everything about our two night stay here was incredible!! We were met by the manager, Kurt, who took incredible care of us, providing us with lots of information, help and free drink cards! They upgraded us to a room with an even better view for free! Our room was incredible with great service. The robes were amazing, bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and bathroom was incredible. The balcony with tables and chairs provided an amazing atmosphere for my wife and I to watch the beautiful sunset.
The Tigress Restaurant was the best meal I have ever eaten! Our server, Wilkens, was incredible, very knowledgable and very quick to respond to anything we needed! The food was incredible and the drinks were delicious. Also the views from the outdoor seating were spectacular!
The coffee shop was awesome and their lattes were delicious with super kind staff.
Both pools were incredible!! The upstairs adults only pool was beautiful with incredible views. The main pool was delightful! The staff provided us with a personalized cabaña and Woody, the bartender, was super great, checking in on us every ten minutes or so to see if we needed anything.
The staff was amazing with great and easily accessible valet service!! They were also so sweet and accommodating with anything we needed or asked for. There was a big outdoor DJ pool party there the first night we were there, which could have been a big downer for our stay but the staff was super sweet and took extra good care of us, making sure to prioritize their guests who were staying in the hotel!!
Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go there again!

We stayed at your hotel during the Fourth of July weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay—the rooms were comfortable, and we appreciated the pool and the overall atmosphere.
However, we were very disappointed by the way the electric vehicle charging spaces are managed.
Despite having three full levels of regular parking spaces, the hotel only has four EV charging stations. During our two-night stay, two gasoline-powered vehicles occupied two of the charging spaces the entire time without moving. As a result, guests with electric vehicles were unable to access the chargers.
When we raised the issue with the front desk, we were told that there was nothing the staff could do. This response was disappointing, especially since the problem could be prevented through a clear parking policy.
We strongly encourage the hotel to reserve EV charging spaces exclusively for electric vehicles. In addition, even EVs should not be allowed to occupy these spaces indefinitely after charging. Setting a reasonable time limit would ensure that all guests with electric vehicles have fair access to the charging stations.
With three full levels of regular parking available, there is no reason for gasoline-powered vehicles to occupy the limited EV charging spaces.

My family and I stayed at The Perry Hotel the weekend of June 26–28 to celebrate my birthday, and it was, without question, the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.
What was supposed to be a relaxing birthday getaway turned into an absolute nightmare. The hotel was hosting a rave-style concert that completely took over the property. The lobby, pool, and common areas were filled with intoxicated, belligerent adults, many of whom were dressed inappropriately for a family-friendly hotel. The crowds made it nearly impossible for hotel guests to enjoy the amenities we had paid for, and the atmosphere was chaotic, loud, and completely unsuitable for families.
The most frustrating part is that we were never informed that this event would be taking place during our stay. Hotel management later claimed they had notified guests in advance and even offered the option to cancel reservations. That is simply not true in our case. We only discovered what was happening after hearing the deafening music vibrating through our room. Had we been properly informed, we would have immediately chosen another hotel.
To make matters even worse, the customer service was appalling. The front desk manager was one of the most rude, condescending, dismissive, and disrespectful hospitality professionals I have ever encountered. Rather than listening to legitimate concerns or attempting to resolve the situation, he belittled us and acted as though our experience was unimportant. His attitude reflected a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. The rest of the front desk staff were equally unhelpful and indifferent.
The Perry Hotel failed on every level—communication, guest experience, customer service, and honesty. If you are looking for a peaceful vacation, celebrating a special occasion, or traveling with family, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. A hotel has every right to host events, but it also has a responsibility to be transparent with guests before they arrive and to ensure that paying customers can actually enjoy the accommodations and amenities they purchased.
This birthday trip was completely ruined, and unfortunately, the way management handled the situation was even more disappointing than the event itself. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and will never return.
