    I really enjoyed my recent stay at Staybridge Suites Naples - Marco Island by IHG. The room was very spacious and felt more like a little apartment, which was great for spreading out and relaxing. Having a full kitchen was super convenient, and the breakfast in the morning was definitely better than what you usually find at hotels. The staff were all really nice and helpful whenever I had a question. It is a very comfortable and easy place to stay if you are looking for a bit more space.

    The rooms are spacious, cleaning and the beds are comfortable. The AC is not too noisy and parking is decent. The hotel needs to put more attention to the breakfast, which is really high on everybody’s list before they start the day. Offerings were hard, boiled egg, cantaloupe, and strawberries,, little dried up potatoes and spicy sausage and of course various bread options. There was also make your own waffle batter which is always dreadful. No scrambled egg, no bacon or ham. Coffee was decent.

    First off I would like to say how sweet and professional Emy from the front desk was during our stay. This is the nicest hotel for the price. Definitely will be coming back, book your stay in advance because for how new they are they are already so well known. One love from California

    My stay was perfect however they are continuously attempting to change my account after it has completely cleared. No one answers the phone as I’m trying to resolve this issue! This is the unacceptable part. I need assistance and no one seems to be available to answer! There is no way that their front desk it slammed busy all day. Beautiful stay but these extra charges are ruining the experience. I only stayed one night so what are the additional charges for?

    Very disappointing stay at Staybridge Suites. The bed had visible blood stains upon arrival. Room service never came, and the front desk (Liz) refused to change the bedding, telling us to do it ourselves. We were also told to contact the booking provider instead of receiving help on-site. But there has been no response to the provider so far, neither by phone nor by email. Unprofessional and unacceptable for the price. Not recommended.
