    On June 27, 2026, I stopped by the bar and was disappointed to learn there had been a change in bartenders. The previous bartender was friendly, attentive, and helped create a welcoming atmosphere that kept customers coming back. Unfortunately, the new bartender did not provide the same level of service. They appeared less engaged, were slow to acknowledge customers, and didn’t demonstrate the same level of professionalism or hospitality. I understand that everyone has their own style, but the overall experience simply wasn’t the same. I hope management takes customer feedback into consideration because attentive, personable bartenders play a significant role in creating a positive experience and encouraging repeat business.

    This past weekend went to your pool bar and the bartender first off must of been new because he needed someone else to help him pour beer and it gets worse he’s not even from here and Barley speaks or understands English. Don’t waste your time going to the pool bar this hotel is sure going down hill now

    Scotty the bartender at the tiki bar took great care of me, great guy that I would love to have as my bartender every night. Terrific customer service with a smile. The front desk guy (manager?) Matt did well by me with some difficult requests I have to ask due to the demands of my job. He didn't bat an eye and knew how to take care of business. The room was always clean and tidy beyond expectation. The people working here make this a great environment.

    The Tiki Bar tender Scott did an excellent job and was very personable! The food attendants are really on top of things as well.

    Very satisfied with my stay. They offer covered parking(!!) in addition to the lot. The pool is kinda fancy in style and I think they offer floaties/noodles? Don’t quote me on that. + cabanas and tiki bar. There is a happy hour 3x/week with some complimentary yummies + 1 bar drink. Upon checking in, there was watermelon water - definitely haven’t seen that before, neat touch. Decent free breakfast spread - the only thing that I didn’t like is that the hot water wasn’t labeled? So I thought they didn’t offer it. They provide hot water via stainless steel(?) pitchers that I had originally mistaken for like milk or creamer . I refill my water bottles with cold water at the fountain soda area, back left :) Pet friendly, great staff, walking distance to Publix and a gym! But also, the hotel gym is decent so I didn’t bother leaving to go elsewhere. Ha! Highly recommend.
