  The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The lady at the front desk lied to me over and over again. She kept telling me that the internet was down and she would come get me in the waiting area. For four hours she never once came over and every time I went up to her she had a new excuse as to why she was not able to check on the room. Then the Manager Matt was there as he clearly relieved his completely incapable employee. By this time the line of new guests had built up, and everyone of them was given a room. Then as I came up, there were no rooms available again. I voiced my frustration to Matt about the other employee. Matt's response was "if you want to keep yelling we can go outside." Any reasonable and competent Manager would see this as a justifiable, loud spoken response from a customer that had just been lied to for four hours. Instead of Matt the Manager being understanding and attempting to make accommodations to help resolve, he incites a potential fist fight outside. He did not once apologize for the situation. He then told me to get out. Once I asked his name, he responded with "do you want the room or not." I said absolutely not and walked out.

  BEWARE, if you need to change your reservation date, you are out of luck. My fishing captain had to change our fishing charter due to bad weather and this company is ok with keeping my money. I will never be staying here again.

  Four seperate vacations to Florida, and not a single hotel have I been in where it made me want to leave a positive review. Most of the time it's a 3 star so-so hotel to sleep and off to the next spot. I booked this one thinking the same thing, and boy was I wrong. I only stayed a night but I wish I had stayed longer. This hotel surprised me in the best way possible, mind you it was a little higher priced but honestly 100% worth it. They had everything I could need and more, cups, silverware, plates, toaster, stovetop, a wonderful (AND I MEAN WONDERFUL) shower, and bed. While im not much of a hotel breakfast fan, this one had a good and varied selection of breakfast classics. While I am sad to have left, I'm glad to have found a hotel so wonderful!
