  Naples Princess was one for the books. Never saw the sunset due to a thunderstorm, but Augie made the experience all worth it. Best customer experience ever. He was so kind, always looking out for the passengers, super attentive and even offered to take photos. Truly so grateful for his service. Give him employee of the month asap. We enjoyed our time, food was not great but it’s okay. Thank you Augie, we will for sure be back! 🙏❤️🙌

  Took my lady out for a dinner cruise and it was a success she was like where am I going I said it's a surprise you'll see and like it then once aboard a little later the captain said my personal note that I put in online while booking he said AND I WANNA MAJE A SPECIAL REQUEST THAT (LaRue LOVES Tiffany) and when she heard it the look on her face was so amazing she was like did he really just say what I think he said I said YEP and she gave me a kiss 🥰 thank you captain and to the staff for providing a memorable moment

  The boat was nice, the staff was friendly, dinner was decent. The Captian was grumpy. This only issue with this boat adventure is if you want to hear the sightseeing descriptions. The sound system when being used to describe the sights is awful. Can only hear half of the words. Very similar to growing up and going through a drive through fast food window where you can only hear half of the words. Otherwise it was the announcer who was not speaking into the microphone (which may have been the captian)
