  Better than a Holiday Inn express. Rooms are clean and up-to-date. Management should talk to staff handling breakfast. When you already have food in the warmers and people are waiting the person does not need to take time to block it off and continue stocking. Don't know what it is about customer awareness today but this seems to be common in every business where the customers are supposed to wait until the employees get done doing what they're doing.

  This hotel is an absolute nightmare. Starting at 6:50 AM on a Saturday morning, a nauseating stench permeates the rooms and wakes you up instantly. I requested a room change—moving to the opposite end of the hotel—but the very next morning, the exact same problem occurred. It was absolutely foul. There is simply no remedy for it; it stems from their kitchen ventilation system, which fails to function properly during breakfast prep. And when you bring it up to them, they are completely in denial. Never again, Novotel. The air conditioner in the room is extremely noisy, the same is true in both rooms, so it's old equipment, shameful in a city like Naples. On top of that, they claim to be within walking distance of downtown—which is a total lie.

  Nice 3 star hotel. Clean, modern rooms. AC worked well, but was a little noisy. Old style tub, shower. Water was hot and forceful. Adjustable head. Bed was comfortable. Towels were good quality. Room had good lighting. Mini fridge works well. About a 50" tv with good selection of channels. Nice pool. Excellent price. Only $5-10 more than nearby 2 star hotels. Close to downtown. Would be a good 20 min walk to the main restaurants. Best value around. Excellent breakfast. Oatmeal, 3 cereals, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancake maker instead of waffle maker, cinnamon buns, bread station.

  Very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. My reservation was cancelled the same day as check-in through an email notification that I unfortunately did not see in time. When I originally booked, I was given the option to pay upon arrival, so this came as a complete surprise. What made the situation even worse was the lack of empathy and professionalism from the front desk staff. They were very unwelcoming and unwilling to accommodate us in any way, despite the fact that I was traveling with children and was suddenly left without a place to stay. This was an extremely stressful experience, and due to the poor customer service and handling of the situation, I would never stay at this hotel again.

  This is the most unprofessional and irresponsible hotel ever, I booked a 4 days and 3 night stay and paid for it in advance when we got to the hotel to check in they told us they were booked so I tried to explain we I have a paid reservation with a confirmation number however none of that matter to the front clerk or manager, so me and my family had to scramble all over looking for a room on a holiday weekend you can't imagine the stress plus they won't refund me my money the manager said it is up to us to try and get it back, unacceptable they got my money and we don't have a room they are so incompetent unprofessional there are other Holliday inn around the least they could have done is call another hotel and see if they had rooms available, I will never go to any Holiday inn and I will tell everyone I know of my horrific experience and not stay with Holiday inn ever again.
