  I did not stay at this hotel but I have stayed at so many holiday inn and the guy at the front desk was so mad because we made e a stop to use the bathroom, I know I did not ask to use it , Sorry but he was so pissed of that I really do not want to say at this hotel as long as he is at the front desk, Manager please provide a better training to employees , Response to the owner: I understand and respect that the hotel is private property and that you have the right to establish policies regarding who may use your facilities. However, I believe there is an important distinction between violating a hotel policy and committing criminal trespass. I entered the hotel lobby solely to use the restroom. I did not enter a restricted guest area, attempt to obtain hotel services, or otherwise interfere with your guests or operations. I also did not refuse an instruction to leave. Florida Statute §810.08 specifically addresses trespass in a structure and requires, among other things, that a person willfully enter or remain without authorization, license, or invitation, or, having been authorized to enter, refuse to depart after being warned to do so. I understand from your response that the hotel's policy is that its restroom is exclusively for registered guests. Had that restriction been clearly communicated to me at the time, I would have respected it and left without question. However, the fact that I was not a registered guest does not, by itself, establish that I committed criminal trespass. I also respectfully disagree with the statement that simply using the restroom as a non-guest is "clearly" trespassing. If you believe a criminal trespass occurred, I would ask that you identify the specific conduct that you believe satisfies the elements of Florida Statute §810.08, rather than equating a violation of an internal hotel policy with criminal trespass. I respect your responsibility to protect your guests and your property, and I have no intention of returning to the property. I simply believe it is important that an allegation of criminal conduct be based on the actual legal requirements and circumstances, rather than solely on my not being a registered hotel guest.

  Great location off the highway, price, quiet, clean and great breakfast! I was very comfortable and my friend enjoyed it as well!

  Employee walked into our room 30 mins after we checked in when my daughter was changing. No apology. Staff in morning were rude at breakfast

  Disappointing. It's currently undergoing some much needed remodeling but not sure if it will help this hotel in need. The lobby and breakfast area are small and underwhelming at best. There are 2 broken computers and a printer that is out of paper in the lobby area. When I asked the young female desk attendant for assistance in getting a computer to work she seems very bothered by my request. She was much too preoccupied with a personal call to pay any attention to a customer. She finally walked over briefly and said I guess there broke before resuming her personal call. Excuse me for annoying you. This hotel is going to go broke with employees that lack ambition and people skills. I couldn't be more disappointed.

  BEWARE: STAY AWAY. Horrible experience from checking into a room that was not clean. Front desk overbooked and did not have another room to transfer to and refused to give a refund. Bed bugs found on bed with dirty linens in bathroom. BE WARNED!
