  Hace tres años estuve aquí y nada que ver a cómo está ahora , los aires acondicionados no enfrían , me tuve que bañar con agua fría por qué no calienta y por si fuera poco hay cucarachas pequeñas , no sé lo recomiendo .

  The only thing Good about this hotel is the pool. But this time the pool wasn’t cleaned it was cloudy. We had to switch rooms twice. We rented the two bedroom apt. One room the bed linens was dirty. Hair all over the bed and a dead bug. Also air conditioning works in the living room but the bedrooms barely gets cold air. The sofas were ripped and in bad condition. I’m a diamond member and this is the room they gave me. Front desk was super rude. Smh then the second room one bed was all discombobulated looked like it was gonna fall off the frame, the kitchen stuff was dirty the fridge was dirty. The furniture was old. The room smelled musty. The dinning table didn’t even have four chairs only two chairs and a chair from outside the table was old and dirty. The window panel broken. Basically like a run down motel. Just a bad overall experience. Old and ripped furniture. Not good house keeping.

  Nice grounds and koi ponds Good hot tub Has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs and all rooms overlooking the courtyard pool area with private patio or balcony Good breakfast in the morning set up by the pool Room was very clean and NO bugs Tv remote sucked lol

  I have been coming to this hotel with my children for exactly 28 years. This weekend, I decided to return with my children and their families to spend the weekend together. Unfortunately, we have now decided that this will be our last visit. It truly breaks my heart to see the condition this hotel is in. It was a beautiful place in its time, but sadly, it feels like it has been left behind and forgotten. Everything looks outdated, and there seems to be very little interest or effort from the owners to maintain or improve the property. This is especially disappointing because the location is wonderful, and everything surrounding the hotel deserves something much better. I sincerely hope that someone eventually purchases the property and gives it the renovation and attention it deserves—or that it is closed if there is no intention of bringing it back to a decent standard. Guests should not be expected to pay prices comparable to a newer, well-maintained hotel while staying in a property that has clearly been neglected for years. Please pay attention to the people who have supported this hotel and helped keep it open for so many years. We deserve better, and this property has the potential to be so much more. Thank you.

  Der Empfang war freundlich und der Check-in verlief angenehm. Auch die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption sowie beim Frühstücksbuffet waren stets bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück selbst war in Ordnung. Leider konnten diese positiven Eindrücke unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht retten. Bei unserem Besuch waren ein Pool sowie zwei Whirlpools geschlossen, was sehr enttäuschend war. Das grösste Problem war jedoch unser Appartement. Bereits beim Betreten fiel ein starker muffiger Geruch auf, vermutlich vom Teppich. Das Badezimmer, insbesondere die Dusche, ist sehr alt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Auch die Möbel waren stark abgenutzt und teilweise so heruntergekommen, dass man sich nicht einmal darauf setzen wollte. Das Personal gibt sich wirklich grosse Mühe, doch das kann den schlechten Zustand unseres Zimmers leider nicht ausgleichen. Unser Appartement bräuchte dringend eine umfassende Renovation, mindestens aber neue Möbel und eine Lösung für den unangenehmen Geruch. Für uns steht leider fest: Wir werden dieses Hotel kein zweites Mal buchen.
