  Un cito Super recomendado,llevo varios años visitando la INSTALACIÓN,excelente trato y buen Sevicio.Sobre todo con una Chica Maravillosa (ROSAINE)muy atenta y siempre dispuesta en ayudar en cualquier cosa que se le pida!!!!!🤩

  The night shift front desk person was not friendly at all I booked a room with 2 beds and he said that they only have a king even tho I booked it for 2 beds. Also when we got to the room we walked in saw 5 bugs crawling around and left 10 seconds later. Told the front desk I wanted a refund and he had a problem doing that to

  This place is infested with cockroaches. I had to switch my room twice as a result. The sink didn’t drain properly in my first room either. And the floors are very dirty. Lots of bugs in the first room as well. Dead bugs and alive bugs. The rooms both smelled like bug spray and I had to sleep with the door open which made it very hot inside the room. This was not a comfortable stay at all. I was here for 6 days and all 6 days were uncomfortable. It’s a nice location since it’s close to the beach but I wouldn’t stay here again. Staying on the 2nd floor is only accessible by stairs as the elevator didn’t work when I was there. I had to check in and out of 3 rooms in total which made this stay very uncomfortable and I hope best western does a better job at maintaining this place

  Stayed here for 2 nights while kayaking around Marco Island as it was 20 mins away from the launch dock. A nice little resort style hotel with clean rooms with views, 2 pool and hot tub areas...one even has a koy pond around it. Even has a small putt-putt area! Free Breakfast is served by the pool each morning with plenty of the normal options. The grounds are well maintained with various plant life that gives the resort feel all around. Check-in was quick and easy. And if your beaching it...the hotel is only a half a mile away from Naples Beach. Great all around stay!
