    Muy buen hotel y atención. Te reciben con una copa de Prosecco. El parking es cómodo y tiene zonas destinadas según la ubicación de la habitación. La habitación es un departamento espectacular. Una cocina grande, camas cómodas, un lavarropas/secarropas incluído y un balcón muy lindo con vista al patio. El hotel también tiene servicio de shuttle a la playa y bicicletas que podés utilizar. Todo en muy buen estado. La atención fue muy buena siempre. Tiene un gimnasio muy bueno también, las máquinas impecables. La pileta es muy linda aunque le critico que tiene una profundidad maxima de 5 pies. También tiene un jacuzzi.

    Me encantó todo hasta que nos discriminaron en la pileta, queríamos unos tragos y no nos quisieron vender. Es una lástima ya que el resto está muy lindo. Somos una familia de cinco personas de 67, 66, 31,30 y 26 años de edad y nos pidieron la identificación cuando obviamente a la pileta no la llevamos. No me parece correcto siendo gente totalmente adulta. Por éste solo motivo no volvería. Me parece realmente una lástima!!!!!!

    We had hoped that the Bellasera was more of an adult- type of hotel but there were kids with a ball in the pool during our stay. The room we were in, 312, was well equipped, great soaps and lotion, clothes washer and dryer, dishwasher, and fully equipped kitchen and had everything that we needed. The cleaning liquid used on the floor was really strong smelling, although good to know that the floors are regularly cleaned and sanitized! Housekeeping staff were very friendly. We couldn't use the ceiling fan in the bedroom because it "clicked" noisily when it was on. I suspect that the bearings were giving out as the noise only starts once the fan has been running for a while. The hotel needs to have a notice on the inside of the front doors to each unit asking guests not to leave unsecured takeout food cartons in the open vestibule by the elevator! Nothing less pleasant than coming back, getting out of the elevator to the 3rd floor, and encounter takeout cartons! Why anyone would do this when there's a large trash bin in the kitchen, boggles the mind.

    Editing my review as this is now the second time management at this staff told me, a visibly middle eastern person and my two Asian guests, that I am mistaken in knowing what racial profiling is. How disgusting that instead of hearing a guest out you blindly defend the very staff that were rude to us for no legitimate reason. Repeatedly?? Not one person at this hotel spoke to us politely (aside from a young gentleman w glasses working the valet area). We did not request for anyone to wait for us on a “busy holiday weekend” on stops we asked to pick up coffee and a muffin on the way to the beach that was 3 minutes from the hotel. No one at this hotel “was more than happy” to do anything. Take some feedback and consider it otherwise i must assume the attitude had a REASON. Original review: My friends booked me a night here for my bachelorette weekend and unfortunately we had very bad, disappointing, not 4 star, might I even say racially profiled service the entire stay. This hotel lacks basic hospitality. For a hotel that boasts high end 4 star quality service there was none in regards to communication and customer service. Every single person we encountered from checkin to checkout had an attitude with simple requests such as using a bell hoper to help w bags upon checkin, asking for extra towels to be brought to the room (they were brought into the room in a plastic bag and thrown on the floor), and even requesting access to the beach with the complimentary shuttle. We were made to feel like a burden for requesting assistance to the beach. Every person was annoyed we were requesting to use these items or that we wanted them to the extent that they would make an audible comment- such as upon checkin we asked for help without bags to our rooms atleast 3 times and were met with “yeah you could help you with the bags but later”, implying we should take them ourselves to the room. And it took us insisting 4 times we didn’t want to move the car and that we knew our own schedule. “You want to go to 5th street beach it’s busy over there. I can’t stop anywhere for you to pick up food bc it’s a busy morning.” Implying guests in church service were a priority over us even though the front desk told us multiple stops were offered. “Do not call us to pick you up unless you are completely ready,” and “You’re making me work now” when requesting 1 robe & 3 extra towels from housekeeping. Completely inappropriate and unnecessary. Borderline combative and defensive responses from staff - consistently and constantly. Gross. I have never been treated like this at a hotel even holiday inn answers requests w pleasure, especially as an older party that was paying for one of the largest suites on the property. By the way we are in our late 30s and 40s, this was to be a relaxing not party weekend we literally were asleep by 11 pm and looking forward to a sun filled weekend and instead we left feeling disrespected and slighted. This entire group needs to revisit hospitality training and reassess why they are in the business of creating memorable stays for others. We do not recommend staying here at all and taking your business elsewhere. It’s possible bc we are three brown women that this entire staff thought we wouldn’t notice treatment like this but it was palpable.
