  We stayed here for a long weekend in Destin. The hotel was perfect in all aspects! Clean, well-maintained room, friendly staff, and nice amenities in the room. Loved the full-sized refrigerator for storing our drinks and leftovers. Thanks for a great stay!

  This is obviously a franchise Candlewood Suites property. When they tell you "we are a low service property" what they are saying is we don't do anything. I get not cleaning rooms everyday if you're staying a week or longer, but you could clean the common areas, you could service and maintain the equipment falling apart or missing pieces, even the landscape is unkept. Not a clean property and in need of attention. IHG Corporate needs to get in here because this location is not upholding the standards of other IHG locations we've stayed and it represents the IHG name. We saw a couple of roaches in the hall, yes I know it's Florid, but if you read previous post you will see its a ongoing problem and as the property shows, no one is doing anything about it! The halls had a very unpleasant odor. Bed sheets were left in the hall, I told the front desk and nothing was done, still there the next morning. Not a pleasant experience and will not return to this location. We are actually talking about cancelling our IHG card over this experience. No idea how this location is a Candlewood Suites and receives 3.6 stars review. Look closer, it's a 2 start hotel and even that's a stretch.

  Horrible urine stained bed. No water pressure in shower the ur conditioning doesn’t work I have picture and videos. We checked out on 08/19/2925 still waiting on Adam the GM to call

  Room was great, service was great and location was close to everything beach etc. Miramar area is my go to when I visit Destin. Candlewood Suites is good for the money when booking a room in Destin 10/10.

  This place needs a REMODEL ASAP, everything looks so old and outdated. The place has a very bad smell and odor. Not worth the price. Only positive thing about this hotel is the sheets and good costumer service!! The place is a dump
