Also morning breakfast Merinda went way above to make us feel like family and showed EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The part that topped it ALL off was the employees were actually happy and enjoyed their jobs 😀 😄

Staff was very helpful. As noted in other reviews the complementary breakfast is excellent and continually refreshed. Lobby / breakfast area can get hot during summer.

- KGKirsten GrayJul 4, 20261.0I had a great experience once I was there and everyone There were very helpful, however I called this number associated with the hotel and it rerouted me to to an AI robot (3rd party whatever)that was helping me book rooms for the weekend mind you I was on a 8hour travel with a 24ft truck and trailer, so it wasn't easy I got to the hotel and the nice counter guy said I didn't have a room for the night after I was on the phone with this AI, long story short $565 I was charged "non refundable" I was told to cancel it bc it sounded fishy, so No I never got the rooms correctly from AI robot and they refuse to refund me!! Real nice, make sure if you call don't trust the AI answering service better off just getting there n getting a room...I am sorry but how can you still charge if the rooms were never used an also plenty of others to rent from!! Never again!!!
