- ECElizabeth CalderonOct 2, 20265.0Exceptional customer service 😁
- BBbreeSep 30, 20265.0The staff at this location is truly amazing. Everybody is very kind, welcoming and attentive to customer needs. The continental breakfast has a vast assortment of options, the rooms are nice and clean so are the halls. Pool is pretty and clean and so is the fitness center. The property is taken care of very well.
- JJJennifer JenSep 28, 20265.0clean rooms, fast service, Jodi is always on the ball!
- KRKay RizzSep 13, 20263.0It is a nice hotel, front desk is super nice, pool is clean, breakfast was good, rooms are clean but only downsides are the pillows are labeled “soft” and “firm” when they should be labeled flat and flatter. The toilet flushes with enough force to suck a small child in and is loud as can be. The shower head, when you turn the shower on, it sounds like a jet engine about to take flight for a solid 10 minutes. I thought it was honestly going to FLY out of the wall but thankfully it didn’t. There was a very weird stain on the wall (I will put a picture below.) Over all, it isn’t a bad hotel but definitely could use some improvements.
