  Muy buena atencion del personal de recepción Cuarto limpio y ordenado, suficiente para nuestra familia que eramos 5 personas El desayuno estuvo bastante completo y lo disfrutamos. Incluso nos ayudaron cuando llegamos a la hora que se cerraba, nos dieron facilidades de forma muy amable Había estacionamiento sin costo, solo hay que pedir un documento para identificar al vehículo La ubicación es muy conveniente, a menos de 20 minutos del aeropuerto y del Dolphin Mall Es la segunda vez que nos alejamos en el Staybridge Suites del Doral y nos encanta sobretodo por ser un lugar familiar y tranquilo con una excelente ubicación

  To be fair, front desk and maintenance tried however this was by far the worst stay ive had in my life probably. First two nights no AC, third night a different room then fourth time to another room. Everything that's supposed to be stocked up in your room isn't. I literally had to ask for towels or soap or emptying the trash or changing the bedsheets. Housekeeping was in there everyday but always left with doing what looked like abslutely nothing. After a few days I just stopped asking. The rooms are nice but the service is abslute garbage. Ive stayed and shitty motels here and there but this is yet the worst stay ive had in my life. This will be on my blacklist for damn sure. Imagine sleeping in a room with 80° when h eat index is over and 100°. Water temp and water pressure in the shower were also very shitty. You had warm water not hot water. I sometimes didnt wanna shower with how low the water pressure was. If I keep listening things id need 2 hours of typing.

  The manager behind the scenes! To be a good employe is what is supposed to happen. To lead a good team is not an easy job. Victor is one those people who is present while managing his team. Thank you for making a difference in this place. 10/5 stars.

  Absolutely loved my stay here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the super comfortable rooms and amazing service to the perfect location, everything was on point. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and the whole place had such a great vibe. I’d 100% stay here again — highly recommend! 🫶🏼✨ INCREÍBLE!

  I cant rate more stars so 5 will be. This hotel needs 10/5 if i had to rate it. Best staff will ever host you.. professionalism and real care for people. Family and pet super friendly. Awesome environment. Jacob at the front desk. Thank you much.
