  Booked the “Presidential Suite” and had to sit on the bathroom floor to get ready! Terrible experience. Don’t stay here unless you have no options. When you try to work with them for an alternate room plan the actually includes a bathroom counter (news flash - they don’t have any other floor plans) and then decide to book an actual clean/modern hotel, they decline the request for a refund. Happy to pay for the night we stayed there but a hard “heck no” on a refund for the remaining three nights if the stay. Don’t get fooled by the pictures/location….poor hotel….would never recommend anyone staying there!

  booked a last-minute stay to accommodate a business event, and it turned out to be an excellent experience from start to finish. Alex was incredibly helpful with my reservation, even though it was very last minute. She explained everything clearly, including the hotel layout, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The front desk team was wonderful, and the manager on duty that evening (I wish I could remember her name!) was also incredibly kind and welcoming. Later that night, we spent some time relaxing at the gorgeous rooftop pool, which was a perfect way to unwind. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was a great bonus, and the room had everything I could possibly need. I stayed in a king room that also included a pull-out sofa, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker—there was truly nothing else I needed. Overall, this was an excellent stay. The staff went above and beyond, the amenities were fantastic, and the location was very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

  A very fancy and nice hotel for good prices! The hotel looks very nice from the outside with lighting at night. The inside is also very large and the people working at the reception were nice and welcoming. Very good first impression! The rooms were big and had everything you could think of. Fridge, freezer, microwave, tv with the option to watch netlix and much more. The bed was very large, and in the living room there was a sofa-bed and a tv there too. Staff came and cleaned the rooms and the service was really good. They had a gym and a big swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. It looked very nice and gave a good atmosphere. Wish there was a way to move the shower head around. And to get to the floors there was only one elevator that worked under our stay. But it wasn't a big deal. The breakfast was not much to talk about either. We ate out instead. The location of this hotel was quite decent, with the dolphin center not too far away. It also had dollar tree right outside. We could also borrow bikes for free from the hotel, a big plus. All in all it was a good hotel for a good price, recommended!

  The location was awesome . The overall hotel was beautiful and amazing . Shout out Tatianna at front desk for her exceptional customer service. But just be sure to take pics at checkout because housekeeping apparently will lie and they will try to charge you extra . Thankfully I naturally take pics at check out for reasons like this . Yall need better housekeeping with integrity.

  Overall hotel was ok but my check in night wasnt good after a long flight we was ready to lay down bathroom toilet was nasty and the pull out bed was nastyyyyyy geesh look like it havent been change in awhileeeee so first night stay wasnt good I really wanted to leave but next day they got it straight.My kids love the pool but I felt outta place it was like international but not black ppl seen maybe 3 no one really spoke english like dat.The breakfast was terrible kids didnt wont it but room was nice could be better its like rent room place and hotel and hotel was close to stores and malls but far from south beach close to airport ...To be honest I would feel better getting my first night of money back Housekeeping needs to do wayyyy better seen alot things that wasnt ok. I check my bank card was charge 2 water that I didnt drink but they refund me that back. I was trying upload picture of the pull out bed how nasty it was but it not letting me
