Valet parking is required here but is complimentary so that was nice. Suites were spacious and as expected. Memory foam beds in the suite which were okay. Amenities nice. Breakfast was actually the best free breakfast I've had from a hotel. Aside from the great breakfast, overall what I'd expect from a 3 star hotel. Downside, they chose to remodel the room directly above me. Since I was there for work I was in my room most of the day when the drilling and hammering above me was taking place. There were no other suites to switch to so we were stuck dealing with it for 3 days. It's hard to fault them for remodeling but dont book the downstairs unit you know. However even if there was no construction above me walls were fairly thin. First morning at 7am the neighbors were enjoying themselves and we could hear it all. That same night they were fighting til 1 am. My last night somebody on the hall had a dog that wouldnt stop barking from 11pm-1am. I just couldn't believe the noise issues but I think I was just unlucky honestly. Fortunately the staff was very kind and refunded me 2 of the 4 nights that I was there to make it right. I can live with that.

Volveremos!!!💕

I had a wonderful experience at Nuvo Hotel. Adriana, Sofy, and Mariana were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to help my mother, making sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed. They treated her with genuine kindness, patience, and respect, which meant a lot to both of us. Their excellent customer service made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. It is rare to meet people who truly care about their guests the way they do. I sincerely appreciate everything Adriana, Sofy, and Mariana do. They are a great reflection of Nuvo Hotel, and I highly recommend staying here!
