  Booked a 7 room reservation for our university trip and the staff couldn’t have been worse. As soon as we came in we weren’t greeted & were met with hostile staff upset over our large reservation. They kept insisting we had the wrong hotel before even getting my name down. They were so rude & when I spoke to the manager about their service she blamed it on them being mixed up on the names, mind you they didn’t even ask us for our names and were already acting ridiculous. One of the rooms we checked into had someone ACTIVELY staying in there. Clothes on the table, stuff in the shower, when we went downstairs to ask for a new room they said “we don’t know what to tell you that room has been empty for you all day”. As if it was our fault? We told them we had just landed. Super unsafe situation to give us keys to a man’s room who is staying there. Finally, when asking for blankets we were met with rude overnight staff. A lady insisting she only had 2 blankets for the WHOLE hotel building. Saying it was only her for the night. Such a rude attitude from all staff & overall a horrible experience. Will not be booking and I urge others to not book here, website is super misleading.

  I have stayed at this hotel before and the service is still very good. They took care of a room booking conflict issue for me without me having to return from work to the hotel. The valet system worked well and check in and out was quick. If you are looking for a room in this price range, I highly recommend it

  I normally do not leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I felt people should know about the experience I had here. This was not my first time staying at this hotel, and I chose to stay again because I was in town having dental work done. In the middle of the night, I woke up to find the toilet overflowing and water all over the bathroom floor. I used towels, sheets, and whatever I could find to clean up the mess myself. Before I could even go downstairs to report it, I slipped and fell because of the water. When I fell, I hit my face on the bathroom sink area, which caused my nose to bleed. I became dizzy afterward and had to lie down for a while. Despite everything that happened, I did not call 911, go to the emergency room, or contact an attorney. I simply informed the hotel staff about the situation. What is shocking to me is that after their toilet overflowed and caused me to fall, the hotel still charged my card additional fees for blood on the sheets and towels that resulted from my injury. To make matters worse, I have spent over two weeks trying to resolve this issue. I have been placed on hold for long periods of time, transferred repeatedly to voicemail boxes, and promised callbacks that never happened. The only positive part of this experience was an employee named Victor, who was polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the customer service experience has been terrible. Charging a guest additional fees after they were injured because of a maintenance issue in the room is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

  The location is 20/10. Literally opposite a ross, burlington, dollar tree and then starbucks and miami intl mall is just across the road. The rooms were very comfortable. I did have a few issues 1: the breakfast could have had more varitey esp with regards to the online photos showing a lot of pastries and danish tarts, we only received muffins on the dessert section The rest of the breakfast was boiled eggs, tortillas, delj ham and turkey slices, toast, oatmeal, pancakes and waffles, occasionally scrambled eggs or breakfast sausages. The 2nd day of our stay the pool was close for most of the morning til midday (they said it was for cleaning) the kids were so disappointed and i felt honestly, inconcenienced. Clean the pool over night or after pool hours have closed. The mandatory valet parking seem nice in theory but if you're a shopper that dips in and out your hotel multiple times a day it becomes a hassle..not to mention if you're tipping every time...tends to add up. Id rather park my own vehicle. . Last issue: the wifi. We stayed in 709-1 and the wifi kept dropping and you could only get it in the kotchen/dining area-it defintetly cut out in the bedroom. Overall the stay was comfortable. Service was good tho eveyone was very friendly and helpful.

  El muchacho en recepción nos atendió de mala manera, sin ningún servicio al cliente. Le di mi nombre solo respondió “no no está” le expliqué que hice la reserva por booking y me dijo “de todos modos el check in es hasta las 4pm”. Le pedí si podríamos guardar en equipaje y con mala cara y mala gana lo recibió. En la tarde la chica que nos atendió muy muy amable y nos dio información útil y detallada sobre el hotel y habitación
