  Loved my stay! Got an upgrade to a room on the higher floor but not the one with the view though 😂 A suggestion - if possible, please include vegan protein for breakfast? Eg - tofu scramble, or just baked tofu. My only options were ate toast, veggies, fruit and oatmeal (sufficient but limited and lacks protein). I hope you consider these suggestions 💚

  Used this hotel for pre cruise Mediocre hotel Very busy and chaotic area where vehicles arrive Long wait times for front desk Room is ok but over priced for the price you get Room service is over priced for soup but tasted nice, sadly small portion size The worst part of this hotel is they charge huge government tax fee, something approx 70 usd a night The pool is small for this size hotel and is not heated and awkward to walk to I found a long black hair in shower, my family does not have black hair Corners of the room are dirty as per pic Location is great for cruise Location is bad for everything else like restaurants Staff service level is basic and low quality for the 500usd a night room fee - for the 1000, as well as other feed i paid - i expected better Restaurant at back of lobby gave weird instructions for obtaining menu Becareful, the hotel will provide alot of lip service but no real action to fix things or compensation, watch their reply to reviews

  I have never stayed at a 4-star hotel in my life and this was disappointing. The room was supposed to be ready at 3 and we arrived at 4:30 and were told to wait or choose another room. We opted to wait as I reserved a bay view for our cruise. We were never notified our room was ready until I went to the counter after 5pm and asked. The room was dusty and had coffee cup rings on the surfaces. The bathrobe had a big stain on the sleeve. The lamp switch broke at the first click. The pool and all other amenities close at sundown. The location is cool and the park is bustling with life, and sooo many restaurants nearby to choose from. But this hotel sucked.

  Really great hotel. Excellent staff (which is the most important). I'm "a poor" so it's the most high end hotel I've been too. I wasn't sure of proper etiquette with everything but the staff were amazing to us nonetheless. The room was good with an ocean (bay?) view which I and the kids absolutely loved. Would recommend this place to anyone.

  I had an exceptional stay at the InterContinental Miami and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of Bayside, Bayfront Park, the cruise port, and the ocean. It was incredibly spacious, luxurious, and comfortable—perfect for both relaxing and taking in the scenery. A special thank-you to Genesis, the front desk manager, who truly went above and beyond to make me feel celebrated during my birthday weekend. Her thoughtfulness and genuine hospitality made the stay even more memorable and set the tone for the entire visit. The property is ideally located in the heart of it all. It’s within walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars and directly across from the iconic Brickell area and Bayfront Park, which made it easy to walk around and explore. That said, it is a very busy area, so be sure to factor in traffic when getting in and out of the hotel—especially when there are concerts or major events happening nearby. The hotel lobby is beautiful and very inviting, and every employee we encountered was courteous, professional, and eager to help. The pool is on the smaller side, but still a nice spot to relax. I also highly recommend the Club Level—it was absolutely worth it for the amazing food, snacks, and drinks, and it really elevated the overall experience. I will definitely be back to this property and highly recommend the InterContinental Miami to anyone looking for a luxurious stay, excellent service, and an unbeatable location.
